Buyer-Be-Ware when using the App. When I arrived to the restaurant, the employee informed me my order did not appear on on the screen and asked me to refresh my page. I did but got a different order number. I was told I would not get charged twice, but Burger King did. I returned to restaurant after 3 days and showed Manager on duty my charge was not pending but approved. I followed her instructions and contacted Burger King through the app. The employee confirmed I had only made one purchase pickup and stated the other purchase was going to get dropped. I did inform her the purchase was not pending and was already in the end of month statement, I did pay my statement. Overall, I was charged twice, wasted my time driving down to Burger King and showing my statement and following what appeared to be the appropriate steps for a refund. I even filled out the customer service survey with no positive end result. It’s a shame I don’t plan on purchasing the food there anymore since I really like the taste of it. My issue is not so much as the money( I spent more in gas trying to get my refund) but it’s the principle that counts.

Read moreUnfortunately I do not have any photo's of the food, the dirty floors, the lack of fountain drinks, and or anything else. However, I was just there today arrived at 8 or 8:30PM. Lizbeth is one of the cashier's and she was the one to place my order NOW I'm not saying it was her fault for our food coming out horrible because I know it wasn't but our food was cold. We ordered two Texas Double Whopper's, Crispy Chicken, Chicken Nuggets, two chocolate chip cookies, and fries. Both Texas Double Whopper's were sloppy with either too much mayo and mustard cold to the touch. My mother-in-law didn't even finish the burger leaving upset. My Crispy Chicken was burnt, fries were way too salty, and to make matters worse they forgot the two chocolate chip cookies. Now, I did take the receipt to the counter and explained to them that we were missing those cookies. The lady ended up giving us different rainbow m&m cookies that were just plain NASTY! Read moreThey got my order on the drive thru and made me park in front of the store, I was the only car at the moment… I waited 20min and watched other cars getting their orders in the window. I went inside walking and ask for my order and they didn’t have it. The girl that realized that, told me she was going to get it for me. I watched her going over the boys that were preparing the burgers without saying nothing and walked back to the other side, she did it couple of times. Other girl asked me if I was being help and explained what happened and that the other girl was taking care of that. Than I watched the first girl going over the boys again but this time she told them if they can get may order. She took about another 8min to tell them to do that. The second girl went back at me again and asked me if I had my order already and I her no and to please cancel it.
