Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in El Paso

They really need to get better staff and better management. I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always the same thing either fries are missing or sauces always check your order before leaving this place. I went today the guy at the drive through didn’t even ask what sauce I wanted my wings to finish it off I never got my drink I drove off with out realizing because they hadn’t gave me ranch. This place is ridiculous! Also not to mention a while back about 3 months ago I had gone and there was a gut literally eating Cheetos next to the drive through window! And I can say much more! I really hope something is done...

I've only been there thru drive thru so idk about the dine in atmosphere. But the drive thru service is good if you are nice they are nice. If you ask them for plates they will give them to you. The food is always hot the chicken has always been well cooked and the biscuits taste fresh. They will ask you if you would like to wait if they are out of chicken for example they give you the option if you want to wait or not which is great because other places don't tell you and you sit there wondering what is taking so long. Very disappointed on the taste and smell of the white gravy given me for take out. It's was either old or rancid. Horrible. Poured it on the so called chicken fried steak they make. Which is a joke for the price they charge. N I couldn't eat it. Waste of money n time. Strips were ok without the gravy. Can't figure out this stores hours. They either do not turn their outside lights on purpose at night, which includes signage or they forget to do on a a weekly basis.
