The one thing I cannot stand about Cici’s pizza they are lazy if a person is illiterate or doesn’t speak English they cannot get the pizza they want. The staff makes you fill out a paper telling them what pizza you want so if somebody’s illiterate or cannot speak or write English, they cannot go eat at cicis and corporate doesn’t help out either that’s the employees job but corporate even pretends to be stupid. There’s food allergies there are certain pizza people wish to eat, but they can’t. There were a group of people next to me. They couldn’t order the pizza they want to because they were illiterate. I called corporate to complain about that. I felt bad about the people and corporate said that’s not something to complain about because the staff is too lazy to do something like take an order. It’s not important to complain about I’m right next to the Mexico US border. There’s a bunch of people that cannot speak English and the staff don’t help out nobody they tell them they have to fill out that paper to get the pizza they want and...
Read moreIf you love getting food poisoning then this is your spot! Cicis on Zaragoza and North Loop. The restaurant is disgusting and dirty. I have apologized to my family for taking them to such a putrid establishment. No one there takes pride or cares about their work. I don't care if you get paid minimum wage, it's your job to keep the restaurant clean. The restrooms were extremely disgusting and unkempt. I saw a cook walk into the restroom with his apron on and walk back out wiping his hands on the apron before getting back to work. I could smell the rags they were wiping the pizza counters with and it was horrid to say the least. I called and asked to speak to management and they seemed like they could care less. I was hung up when I was asking for my money back, because I didn't pay for food poisoning, I paid for decent pizza. I called the corporate number and had to leave a voice-mail, we'll see if they...
Read moreI’ve been to CiCis across the country several times from childhood to adulthood and now that I’m a parent my child enjoys it and my pockets do too. This location however has to be the worst I’ve experienced. The cups were sticky, the first plate I picked was dirty, the booths had old food stains stuck to them and the tables were stained. I will not be returning to this location. The only positive was the pizza was out on time. Moving to TX from SC I was expecting similar experiences. The cicis there goes above and beyond, employees give you your pizza slices and it is no longer self serve there due to Covid. That doesn’t seem to be a thing at this location as customers without masks were helping themselves to pizza. I’m disappointed that cicis in El Paso has taken a tradition from...
