The necklace I took in to have repaired broke from the same place they repaired it just a few days later. I've never had jewelry repaired so I was new to the whole experience. It was a soder repair and you could definitely see where the repair had been done. Found another place on Lee Trevino that did a better job, at a lower price. $20 vs $15. Based on the other reviews I'm sure they get some things right, but it just didn't happen with my experience. The staff...

Every time I go to El Paso, I make sure to stop by and get my jewelry cleaned. They do an excellent job on repairs also....
