My wife and I ordered a Wonder Woman cake topper for our daughter’s cake with anticipation, paid it ahead of time because they didn’t have it in stock, we were told to pick it up on a given day. On such day, we went and waited for way over an hour for someone to deliver the product that should’ve already been at the store. I needed to go to the bank to make a payment before closing hours, the lady at the store told us to go and come back and they would still be there packing (after business hours). The store is well stocked. However, their customer service horrible. I walked in to buy a box that my mom needed. I don't know my way around yhe store because cake business is not my area of interest/expertise. I ask the lady at the counter for the box size I needed and all she did was point and say over there. "Over there" had boxes on the side, boxes by the wall I didn't know exactly where to look to find the size I needed. When I found it I brought my stuff to pay she rang me and didn't say thank you, didn't offer a bag or even say if the didn't have one that...

Horrible experience. I ordered and payed for a wonder women decoration which they said would have it delivered to the store on Friday before 5. I got there one hour early they didn't have it but said it was on its way after I waited 1hr. I left to the bank and the lady assured me they would be there to give it to me after five when I returned however I arrived at 5:40pm and no one was there it was totally closed. I will definitely never return here my daughters birthday is tomorrow yet I don't have her decoration even though I ordered it since wensday. So...
