Just left and was disgusted with the service i got. My little girl wanted to exchange a little bracelet that has been re-called due to lead containing material and just pick a bow or something else&the girl in the counter tells her everything is final sale and it's just a dollar so she takes the people behind us when i told her i just wanted to leave it anyway because i can't have something with lead in the house. She didn't even give me a chance to pay for my daughter's new bow. Until after she rang up the lady behind me. Nevermind the horribly rude treatment towards me but I don't appreciate at all how she spoke to my four year old. Customer service is sadly a 1 if that. You ask for help & employees look at you like you’re bothering them. I don’t want to say it is because of how young & inexperienced I’m sure they are with customer service, but it would help to have at least a more mature employee in charge that hopefully won’t give the attitude these very young employees give when you ask for assistance. The employees at this store are not friendly! They are stuck up and rude to customers. This store is TRASH just based on the horrible customer service it has. The lady’s here are eating and laughing and rude to customers rather than doing their jobs.
