Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in El Paso

First, we called in advance to make sure there was enough for our order-was told they don't take orders over phone we had to go there. Second, upon arrival ordered a 20 piece leg & thigh regular flavor, 8 biscuits, side order of mac&cheese and of fries (added a 5 piece tender meal with drink & BBQ dip sauce to order) - total cost $46.53 Was told had to wait 10 minutes for 2 more pieces if we didn't take spicy pieces - we waited for regular flavor. 5 pieces of chicken were spicy in the order we received when we ordered only regular AND waited 10 minutes for location to supposedly make more chicken. For almost $50 we got enough fries for the 8 of us to have 2 French fries each & 1 table spoon of mac&cheese each. The dipping sauce for the tenders was NOT provided and its was 2 five year olds kids that found the spicy pieces - who proceeded to cry & scream, with one of them throwing up. This Church's Chicken ruined the what was supposed to be a great family get together. Will never do business here again and the other 5...

Gave me the wrong food, then threw away the food into the trash in front of me. I don't think customers should be seeing that, especially when there's a homeless person right outside. They made me wait 5-10mim for fries til someone was available to help. I noticed there was a girl available, so she tried to help and told her what happened, but some other girl yelled at her and told her not to help me as that girl needed to instead. That girl has a bad attitude. They didn't even have any fries ready, and the first girl could have at least started the fries instead of the second girl yelling at her to not do anything. Just wasting time. I got home to the rest of my food cold. On top of that... the chicken was lacking a lot of flavor... That girl should not be in food service if she's going to yell at employees and throw food in front of customers. I wish I got her name.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only putting one star because you have to in order to leave a review if not it would be negative stars. I had a very disappointing experience at this Church’s Chicken location. The customer service was unacceptable—the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I simply asked if they sold drumsticks, the employee could not provide a clear answer. Instead of assisting me, she responded with hostility and engaged in an uncomfortable stare-off, as if she was trying to escalate the situation. This was especially distressing as I am pregnant and did not expect such unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against visiting this location if you can avoid it. The lack of basic customer service and respect makes for an unpleasant experience. Management should seriously address these issues. “Adhery” or however you spell her name...
