Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Went yesterday with a friend. We got the buffet,the salad was ok but like the pizza tasted off, the macaroni pasta would be the only thing I would recommend, the pizza all tasted really off. And I don't know if their air conditioning wasn't working or not but every customer other than us I've noticed weren't liking places where the AC isn't working. I noticed that they only had one busser picking up tables and no help. As I used to work restaurants you're supposed to have more than one busser working. Would of helped,saw that he was sweating a lot and out of breath. That's definitely not good leadership. I unfortunately don't think we will be coming back. We ended up getting sick with food poisoning the very next day. Customers also shouldn't have to ask when something runs out and it's something that the customer wants, employees should also notice everything around them not just noticing customers...

Screaming kids including one toddler in full-on melt down bawling at the top of his lungs. After asking the family to remove him and getting flipped off talked to the manager.

Explained to him that I have a head injury from the army and that the screaming was giving me a migraine from the other side of the entire restaurant. I was literally sitting in the far corner and the screaming kid was next to the soda machine.

Manager assured me he would talk to them. And then disappeared into the back without ever talking to the parents of the screaming kid.

This is in El Paso, the home of Fort Bliss. And this is how little respect this manager has for veterans.

Went in on a Saturday evening 2 hours before close they ran out of pizza a big party came in and they took all of it. When we did get more pizza the cheese falls off the pizza leaving you with just bread, the pizza isn’t that good. There was no shredded cheese for the salad, I didn’t see any red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese for the pizza anywhere. The booths are disgusting they need to be replaced they are grimy and old. The window was full of hand prints, the only good thing was the friendly hardworking staff.
