It's a nice place, but the buffet needs A LOT of work. Food was really dried up, bland, and cold. Chilaquiles we're super clumped up together with no cheese. The bread was burned from one side and untoasted from the other. Barbacoa tacos were also burned and presentation was not appealing. My omelette and tacos took an hour to get and my omelette was really greasy when I got it. Our server was ok, but seemed a little overwhelmed. She really wasn't paying attention or maybe didn't care to make sure food was coming out ok. I sent the bread back for toasting and I got it back the same. The menudo was probably the best thing there after adding a lot of seasoning.. I didn't see any managers checking on anything the 2 hrs we were there. It took an hour to get seated. Not worth the wait or $. 🫤

A yearly tradition that my mom and I share! A must try. Call ahead and verify if they have enough or if they are in season. Chiles en Nogada is a traditional Mexican dish that combines roasted poblano chiles with a savory picadillo filling made of ground meat, spices, and nuts. The chiles are smothered in a rich, creamy walnut sauce (nogada), creating a perfect balance of flavors. Finished with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for a burst of freshness, this dish is as visually stunning as it is delicious. A true Mexican masterpiece, Chiles en Nogada is both comforting and festive, often enjoyed during Mexican Independence celebrations. It’s a beautiful, flavorful dish that encapsulates the essence of Mexican cuisine. This dish is served with a side of rice! Peach tea is good too!

Best dining experience so far in El Paso. Everything was just perfect. Their steak is on point 💯 perfect temperature. Service is always delight, both Salma and David were helpful and attentive. Friendly hostess. Their managers also checked on us twice. Best service in El Paso. We love their drinks as well, each of us have 1 Moscow mule and 2 Mimosa last visit. Side dishes were alright, I recommend the baked potato or fried. Mashed potato was a bit salty and dry, asparagus was kinda hard. I have salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing twice and the oil was separately on top both times. Lobster tail was a bit pricy $45 for this quality (plain grilled) and presentation (on 1 big lettuce) Desert was also amazing. I would recommend this steak house for everyone ❤️

Mother’s Day Disaster – Never Going Back

We came to Corralitos in El Paso for their brunch buffet on Mother’s Day with a party of 13, hoping to celebrate a special occasion as a family. What we experienced instead was an absolute mess, largely due to poor management by Nick Hernandez.

After we were seated, it became clear that our table setup couldn’t comfortably fit all 13 of us. We kindly asked if a small table could be added so everyone could sit together. Nick Hernandez refused, saying the extra table was being held for a reservation. This was confusing, since we had called earlier in the week and were explicitly told that Corralitos does not take reservations. When we brought this up, Nick admitted “they must’ve made a mistake,” and then asked us all to get up — after we had already been seated — and wait another hour for a different table.

When we politely refused to move, Nick escalated the issue by refusing to serve us rather than offering any sort of solution. He wasn’t apologetic — instead, he was passive-aggressive and dismissive, showing no interest in resolving the situation.

What made this even worse was that, during our meal (which was mid-tier at best), we watched Nick add a small table to the “reserved” section — not to help our group. That reserved table remained completely empty the entire time we were there.

We came to Corralitos to celebrate Mother’s Day and instead were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Nick Hernandez’s lack of professionalism and basic courtesy ruined what should have been a joyful family gathering.

This will definitely be last time dining...

I recently dined at Corralito Steakhouse and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our waiter, Luis was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and answering all of our questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. The timing of each course was impeccable, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Additionally, the manager, Martin stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. It's rare to see such hands-on management, and it was clear that Martin] is dedicated to providing top-notch service. His presence added a personal touch to the evening, making us feel valued and appreciated.

Of course, the food itself was outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. Each side dish complemented the main course beautifully, and the dessert was a delightful end to the meal.

Overall, Corralito offers not just incredible food but also exemplary service. Kudos to Luis and Martin for making our visit memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for an exceptional...

I don’t know if it was the server or the restaurant itself, but our experience was absolutely terrible. It took over 20 min for my husband and I to even be approached for drinks. We ordered our food when we ordered our drinks. 30min go by, no drinks. Finally, our server Hector comes by to tell us we haven’t gotten our drinks because there aren’t clean glasses. He then says that he also didn’t bring our chips and salsa because he knew we’d be thirstier since we hadn’t gotten our drinks. So we tell him ok- that’s fine. Can you get us a bottled beer? Cool. Except everyone else around us got their drinks in the glasses that apparently weren’t available, AND it took another 10+ min to get our beers . By the time we got our appetizer, it was cold. The taste was great but it was cold as all hell. Then we got our food with no utensils. I asked Hector for forks, he came back with only one. Our food was cold . Again, taste was great, but food was extremely cold. My husband gave up and started eating his steak with his hands . Hector finally came back and I asked if we can still get our original drinks. Those didn’t come for another 15 min. I decided I would just take my food home and warm it up in my microwave than to eat it cold. This was by far the...
