Placed my order through the app and when it said it was ready I went to pick up, but I didn't get my pizzas (3 large pepperoni) until 30 minutes later. When I went in they said it would be about 5 minutes, finally after waiting I went up to ask again and the pizzas were ready all along, but the first guy didn't bother to check the other holding area for pick up orders. Asked the second guy how long they were in there for and he said about 5 minutes which was a complete lie because the boxes they handed me were already getting soaked with pizza grease. It wasnt even busy when I got there, maybe about 3 to 4 other people. The whole time I was waiting they were just laughing and yelling in the back of the ovens, which you could still see through. They never gave me my receipt and didn't as much as offer me a coupon or something for my trouble for waiting so long. Usually the Domino's close to my friends house will at the very least apologize and give me something extra (and they've only had to do this once since they actually have my pizzas ready when they say they are). I had made an order that was not made with the intention of being satisfying. Driver Gabriel was super polite and a dream. His manager did not want to work with me other than redoing the order. I asked for light jalapenos on my pizza and i swear there were less than 8 slices of jalapeno on it. I order a chicken alfredo pasta and there was little to no chicken on it, and not enough to feed 4 people that its supposedly meant to feed. I called and asked if maybe i can get to make a new order for the exact amount i had paid for the food that was made so carelessly. She refused and was being quite rude about it. I have made previous orders at other stores and this order, the customer service was terrible in comparison. When i finally agreed to having it remade she told me it would be over an hour to be delivered. Due to "dinner rush" this was at 4 pm mst. What happened to the quality of service El Paso was known for? This experience makes me reluctant to ever recommend this store to any friends or family...
Read moreI called 35 minutes after the tracker said the driver left with my food. I was informed that the driver had 4 deliveries and mine was # 3 on her dispatched route. She arrived about 5 minutes later. Needless to say, my pizza was cold even sitting in a thermal bag for 40 minutes in her car, in 91° weather. But what ticks me off as much or more, is that I was forced to give a tip. I used the app and checked that I would pay upon delivery. Conveniently she didn't have change (which should be required if you can pay with cash) and I unwillingly had to give a $4.05 tip on pizza that is now in my toaster oven warming. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering out so you don't have to cook. I won't be ordering here again. This is on the store for sending out 4 orders at once.
