Went thru the drive thru at 0430 and paid at 0443, still hadn't received my order.. 15 minutes to get a coffee and a small OJ really? Then they had to ask me at the window what i ordered twice and still got it wrong. Complete waste of money since they put cream in my coffee and i cant have dairy.. Way to go! Horrible service at this location and yes i am aware that every place is short staffed so usually waiting a little longer is no big deal however YOU cant get a coffee right? You didn't have to cook anything you just had to hit buttons.. Unbelievable! I'm sure it is my fault for going to this location and I'm sure its my fault for the time i went.. Ok lets say that is the case its my fault.. Now lets think how can we fix this issue? Oh i know, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL VOICE MY THOUGHTS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY... Yes your right it was only a coffee and $1, however it was my dollar and i worked for it and reasonable expectation is that the staff is getting paid to do a job and do it correctly, and that i will receive what i ordered and paid for. Oh wait its my fault for supporting a local company, im sure we cant place blame on the store staff for screwing up such a simple order you know since Mcd's im sure went to the two staff members that were working house and begged them to come work for them, I'm sure they didn't have to apply and put forth any effort to get the job... Oh one last thing then ill go.. Why would you take my card for payment at the first window then walk to the back second window to run the card? The first window cant take payment? I doubt it...
Read moreGot an opportunity to visit this McDonald's again and again much disappointment, bought 2 big Mac and they were disgusting, old over cooked meat, hard buns and just alright French fries. Read moreEverytime I have gone to this location my experience is terrible. They always serve the food cold, underserved or old. My order always has to be redone because it is never correct the first time. My most recent experience on Friday was the worst which persuaded me to leave this review. My order was wrong. I was missing all the sauces to the nuggets. Which I ordered three happy meals with nuggets and An adult meal with nuggets. By the time I sent my order back and noticed all the sauces and drove off I was so completely unhappy and didnt even notice they forgot all my drinks. That's five drinks. That's worth atleast $5. I figure I go there atleast once a week unfortunately it is closest to my house. In one month that means theyve ripped me off atleast $20. In one year $240. I'm just one patron I think it's safe to say they have atleast 500 patrons a day. If they did this to everyone that stopped here this franchise is making $120,000 month off just ripping people off. Just at this location. Its unfortunate that this is what mcdonalds has stooped to. They don't deserve to be a top rated...
