McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

I'm very concerned about the workers hygiene practices, as I waited for my order I could not help watching how these workers prepare so many food items so fast , however I am still in shock of what I observed: The MANAGER!! Was at the register taking orders and charging customers, so when she had no more customers in 9line she starts helping place orders in bags and when the orders had hash browns she got them * with her bare ,unwashed,money handling hands**!!!! Placed them in the familiar little hash brown bags , then another female worker with a headset on her head also went for hash browns for the order she was handling, All along this she was coughing loudly, her nose was noticesibly irritated from what I "HOPE" is just a Cold and NOT the Flu that we all are being warned about in every TV,Radio, Newspapers and Billboards, when the Manager called out my order number, I brought it to her attention, she gave me the deer in headlights look and said absolutely nothing in response to what I saw ; So I imagined she would promptly wash her hands and give the other worker a facemask , Right!?!? Or am I overreacting?? Well she just turned around glanced at the pending order on the screen and proceeded to fill orders.... I usually come to this McDonald’s regularly. Just for coffee. And I can’t understand why my coffee is burnt and nasty. There’s ONE person that makes it good in the whole restaurant. And if she’s not there is seems the whole operation gets jacked up. It isn’t hard to make or keep coffee fresh. Update 2024 just wanted to have my poorly made sandwich remade. Wanted clarification on if the sausage egg and cheese bagel has sauce on it. The manager approached me and I asked if the sandwich has sauce she disagreed with an attitude, they all have sauce. And I disagreed because the picture on the menu said otherwise. I even asked her to just turn around and look at the menu board I was referencing which she did not do. HORRIBLE! i would have put no stars but it did not let me. I came in through the drive through and the guy kept repeating my order wrong. I ended up having to pull up to the next speaker. That was the longest I've ever taken just placing an order. The only reason i came was to try the new cheese bacon fries. Once we got our meals i had to go back inside to get straws and forks ( was not aware that you have to ask for that at this establishment) the fries had have been the biggest let down ever. It smelled like permanent marker for some reason. There was just a huge lump of COLD bacon bits thrown in with fries and cheese. It didn't even look good to eat.
