If I could give One third of a star, you probably wouldn't get that On june eleventh twenty twenty four around 7:45 PM I went to this McDonald's staying at a hotel nearby. Something quick to eat so I can get back and go to sleep. I went to the drive through ordered a double Mac double with bacon and cheese. Tell me how much it was 10. Something I paid got back to the hotel and started to eat on the food. On the outskirts of the burger I noticed that it was charbel, like a darker color in the regular meat. Didn't think none of it? I thought it was just you know, put in there. It probably ran through twice through the boiler. Cause I got the tune on it. I noticed that there was something in there that didn't mix with the food. It was very hard. I took it out of my mouth and pull the meat away. And it was a piece of paper fowed up the crazy thing about working out of fast food all my life. I kinda know how these things are. These burgers are made. They put a frozen Patty through the boiler. Okay. So I can get those lines on there and charbold. After that, they take it out at the buns. On there put the buns through the little thing, so they charge them and start dressing the food. How is it possible for a frozen piece of meat to have meat included on the side of it or have a piece of paper charred into the meat done intentionally. As a called and spoke to a manager, which day said their name was Betsy. Running the store at this time said that she could replace my food by giving me another meal well. Why would I want another meal? You just play with my food. I don't know if you drop that on the floor I don't know where that piece of paper came from. Then you decided to say oh, well, I'll give you the money back, and that's fine and dandy, I'm on my way up there right now because you actually hung up the phone I was asking for information, as far as the general manager, the kitchen manager OK, she said that she. Couldn't give out that information. I've been a general manager for Denny's for overt. I don't know how long never but I tell my employees not to give out my information. They have a problem. There's cards at the front door see we go and we pay this money. Turn joy a meal. Cause you're pressed on time or whatever the case may be. Might wanna treat yourself. And you can't even get a meal out in trust that there's no animosity or something going on with the manager, where he's putting Paper or whatever the case may be in the food I'm surely upset and we'll be calling corporate. I do have a video of it. Makes no sense, this is ridiculous. Okay, and just to put spicing in the third I wanna take a picture of it. Which you'll see about a piece of paper I didn't even open it up. I'm i'm discussed it...
Read moreI really don't understand what happen to good old customer service at McDonald's. On my last visit I asked for 5 parfaits on drive thru window, this was at 7am, as always the answer is I don't think we have 5 let me check please. I said it's fine then the voice on the intercom said what else can I get you. So I gave Juan, employee at McDonald's at Yarbrough & gateway, the rest of my order. I asked if I could get a cup holder for the parfaits and a plastic bag for easy carrying. To my surprise when I got my order the parfaits were half way full, so I asked Juan if they could fill them as they normally are served. He took the parfaits with a disgust face and said MOVE forward it should only take 5 minutes. We will take your order to your car. I moved up waited 10 minutes and nothing. After 15 minutes I decided to go inside for my order. When I walked inside Angelica, another employee, walked toward the door looking at the parfaits with a smirk on her face she didn't even noticed me. I startled her when she saw me. I thought that was awkward. Got in my car but before leaving I checked the parfaits. To my surprice instead of take off the lids to fill up the parfaits they took the time to take off the spoons and granolas off the lids. I thought that was strange. I counted the granola and spoons and I was missing one of each. I got off my car went inside and ask for an extra spoon and an extra granola. I can't remember the name of the other employee but he said would you like two of each. I said NO! I WAS FURIOUS AT THIS point . I counted the parfaits to him ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR AND FIVE. Then I counted the granola and spoons back to him. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR AND I'M MISSING THE THE FIFTH. I JUST NEED ONE OF EACH!!Jessica, another employee, got one granola and one spoon and gave them to me . She apologists said I'm sorry, while the other employees were laughing. The newer generation are getting worse they think we, older generations, owe them something. These kids are so rude and stupid. They have jobs thanks to every single customer they forcefully help. SORRY KIDS YES YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR MONEY. I'VE YET TO SEE A...
