If you want some Mickey Ds without many problems then this is the McDonaldâs for you. Always quick and accurate, this location is the closest to downtown that you want to go if you want McDonaldâs. That other location thatâs on Paisano, is trash. Always getting orders wrong and long waits, but this location is spot on. One block from the university, itâs a modern building thatâs been remodeled 3 times that I can remember, with the original building located closer to Executive center. This location has self serve kiosks, so like the guy who came in while I was waiting, if you donât like using touch screens to order, go to that other McDonaldâs. The young lady at the counter was very helpful in explaining how the ordering works here. My order was ready in a few minutes. The only critique I have is the shift leaders. They were standing and chatting right in the middle of all the action where the orders are put together. Both of them had their phones out and were just yacking away while the tiny little lady wearing a face mask was working really hard to get the orders out. One of those two was very briefly on a register, she was trying to ring someone up, but I guess she pushed the wrong button, cause she cursed in Spanish, then walked away with her hands up calling out for someone else to come âhelp herâ at the front. She then proceeded to walk back in front of the prep station and begin her long, loud conversation with the other shift lead. Iâm guessing they were shift leads, cause they were the only ones not working. They tend to just get in the way of the people who actually do the work. My suggestion to them, everyone knows you donât do anything when itâs slow. Why donât you take your conversations to the back office so youâre not in the way, this way your team can do their thing without having to navigate around two...
   Read moreHorrible horrible horrible customer service! Went though drive though 10/24/16 approximately 12:45am. Waited over 15 minutes! They got my order wrong. Argued with the manager at the window. Got home, tried to call. Asked for the managers name 5 times.. Was hung up on. Tried to call back to find phone was taken off the hook for at least the next 45 minutes. I ordered an American meal with a large coke, the same thing I ALWAYS order. When I got to the window they said "you had a cheeseburger with 5 large cokes?" I was like no, "I ordered an American meal" the girl at the window gave me the burger and fries (which were both turned out to be cold and disgusting) and then said let me get your drinks. She tried to hand me a small. I told her that should have been a large. She called the manager over. And they would not give me what I ordered and wanted... Even after waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front of me! When I did get my food and got home what they did give was wrong! We fought about the size of my drink and finally took the small they gave me and it wasn't even right! They gave me diet instead of regular... And when I called to complain I was hung up on and ignored! I am not happy and want corrective action taken against the employee (I think he was a manager or supervisor) for the horrible customer service... I will NOT eat at McDonald's again! I want my money back... And I want an apology from the that specific employee. I understand it was late night ... But that does not excuse his behavior and such a long wait. I will be calling in the morning when they put the phone back in the hook! Very angry about how I was treated by their disrespectful...
   Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service, and zero regard for the fecal like smell when you walk in. The restaurant smelled intensely bad that my toddler even gagged. It hit me like a truck as soon as I walked in the door. As for the service, I was the only one at the register and the restaurant was fairly empty with about 5 customers. Yet no one helped me for a good 10 minutes. Staff in the kitchen were looking at me and the manager even saw me but still no one came to take my order of one lemonade. Finally, when someone did come to help me, he was not sociable at all and did not provide a straw for the drink. I thought oh okay maybe the straws are by the fountain drinks! But there were none. I walked around trying to find a straw (the drink was for my toddler) and there was nothing. I lost faith to wait in line again just to ask for a straw so I finally just left the foul smelling place. I either recommend drive thru or not going to this particular...
