World Boba and Coffee — Restaurant in El Paso

I feel bad for not coming to this place sooner! I went last night with my husband and I can honestly say I will be back!! The atmosphere was clam and inviting. I got a Colombian cold brew and my husband got a butter beer. Both were a 10/10!!! Everything tasted amazing besides me loving the coffee brew; let me tell you about the amazing AMAZINGGG customer service Alejandra the manager gave us! She first told us how everything worked and then proceeded by letting us know about the knew flavors of the month ( which is why my husband got the butter beer) and then recommended us what would taste better with out drinks! Example the butter beer she suggested to get it with brown sugar boba and yup it was a 10/10!! When leaving she kept talking to us inviting us to try something new so she gave us a horchata popsicle and a sample of the arroz con leche! Yooooo this was sooo good I’m going back for it forsure! She was such an amazing soul and a fresh of Breath air! Very inviting! Very charming! And very attentive to her customers and customer service! Great job 👏🏼🙌🏼 will be coming back soon...

Went for the first time today by chance, and I’m quite glad that we happened to come to this place. The atmosphere is very kitschy (in a great way), welcoming, hip, and very lively. The menu is extensive and have something for everyone. They even have a changing menu for every month/event. The staff (and owner) were incredibly friendly, inviting, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Big shoutout to our front people—Alis and Quincy! They were so friendly that they even chatted with us the whole time there!

The tea was well prepared, exactly to our taste preferences, and the ratios of tea-ice-boba were very balanced.

They also offer a bunch of different products from international ramen, sodas, snacks and more!

They have a bar table with connect four games to help pass the time and allow customers to just hang out and enjoy the ambiance.

Great Boba but the service was terrible. The barista that took my order was a blonde girl and she ignored me when I walked in and made me wait maybe like 10-15 minutes while she stood there talking to her coworkers the whole time just gossiping. Then she finally took my order and while she’s making it, something happens in the kitchen for her to start yelling, and being really rude to one of her coworkers, right in front of all of us. Now I’ve been coming to this Boba shop since it opened, and I loved how kind and welcoming the owners have made this shop, but this girl yelling at her coworker, ruined it for me. Its great to have customer service and being kind to your customers but you also have to be nice to your coworkers. Didnt get to catch the girl’s name, started with an N I think but definitely will not be returning to while she’s working there sadly. And my apologies for the poor coworker...
