I don’t think I have ever posted a review, whether bad or good on any place of business. Today, I think I need to. The McDonalds at Joe Battle and Edgemere has to be the worst one I have dealt with in a long time. I arrived at the drive through and was quickly attended to and my order was taken correctly. As soon as I pulled away from the menu board, I quickly saw a huge line of cars in front of me as well as parked awaiting for food. I received my receipt, time stamped at 9:41 p.m. I pulled up to the window to receive my food, saw one employee standing around on her phone, and as I expected, I was quickly asked to park in the number 5 parking spot. I waited for over 10 minutes before an attendant came out with several cars orders. I checked my food, and as expected my burger was wrong and fries were cold. I went inside to have my order corrected were another customer was also waiting. We stood around for a few minutes while employees looked at us and ignored us. I finally had to ask the same attendant who brought my food out to get someone to help us. After waiting several more minutes, a manage finally asked what was wrong with my food. I explained my issues and she went to take care of it. A few minutes later, I had my correct burger and what she called fresh French fries. They definitely did not taste that way still. I spent 25 minutes waiting on one double hamburger without pickles and a medium French fries. Unfortunately, my last visit to this same McDonald’s was very similar to tonight’s experience. Time to receive food was very similar to today, only last time they added the pickles to my burger. Instead of making me a fresh one, all they did was take them off the burger they had already served me. Never mind the fact that I could of done that myself and I already taken the time to come in there. What if I was allergic to pickles? I can still taste the pickle juice on my burgers. When I was young, I paid five dollars for a double quarter pounder large meal. Today that’s what I paid for my double hamburger and medium French fries. If you are going to charge me so much more at least you could do is treat your customers like you care a little bit. This is POOR...
Read moreEveryone has a different opinion on everything about this location. Here is what I say. Some staff are really friendly and some are not. Lines are long and the wait is long too. But sometimes it can go quick. In the mornings it's busy cause you can tell it just one or two people are trying to get everything done. Some people don't seem to understand that it can be stressful sometimes having to be told to get stuff done while they are doing g something else or seeing one employee going in and out and trying to get order done from the inside. Or hearing someone's name being call just as that employee just got back from taking something out. Sometimes it's not just the staff fault it could be the customers as well. Some are nice but some are just cruel to them. One could be telling a new manager who is still training that she shouldn't be a manager at all. Or having to wait more than 10 minutes coming in getting there food but to call the store saying that there food was cold. (They left for Starbucks as their original food was brought out they are not there. They returned talked to a manager that manager had give them all fresh food. I know I was there) we could have one big order that well take part of their kitchen staff to make. They can't tell them no on big orders. They are trying their best along with hiring new people which people have complained about. They are not train probably but they are still learning how to be train. Rome wasn't built in one day. One employee has been though hell and back and they are still working there cause they know they can make there store better one...
Read morePrefer to give them 0 (zero) as their rating!!! Yesterday around 4ish I went to this location. The guy that took my order was obviously not paying attention. I gave him my rewards # like 3xs bcs he was repeating it wrong. I asked for 2 meals medium sized. He repeated my order and it was fine. From there it took 30-40 min for me to get to the “pay” window. Then at the 2nd window, as I approached the window the EE was texting. She gives me my order and it’s missing Medium fries from one of the meals. I had 1 complete meal with drinks. I tell her I was missing a medium fry. She asks me for my receipt. She says that didn’t order meals. I ordered everything separate which made no sense. Drinks are $1 large and they charged me more than that. She argued with me. Asks for a manager and he says “What’s the problem ma’am??” I said the problem was that his employees are not paying attention to what they are doing and that I ordered meals and was missing 1 order of fries. He blaimed me (in a argumentative tone) and repeated what the other girl said. I told him, you are going to argue with me for a medium fry after waiting 40 min to get my order? He said yes and that I needed to pay $2 something. I grabbed my order and thru it on the side of the window and told him to shuve my order up their behind and drove off!!! It’s not the 1st time they get my order wrong, the wait any time of day is horrible and excessive! They blame the customers for their incompetence! Never going back!!! Called corporate to complain and waiting for a response! DO NOT go to this...
