McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

Got a call for an interview, Dian told me to stop by on Wednesday and 02/10/2021 and talk to Victoria another Manager. Went their at 10:30 am it was busy so they told me to come back at 11:30. So I took an hour walk then came back. Victoria was gone. So some other worker told me to call the next day. Which I did, I spoke to Dian again, and she told me to stop by Saturday 02/13/2021. So I got ready headed out, as soon as I got their and ask for Dian ,the workers told me she did not came in to work. So I ask for another Manager and guess what it was Victoria, she was speaking to another Manager name Jesse I think, he was not that tall black hair and had a McDonald's grey sweater. long story short Jessie told Victoria that he did not like the way I dress and he did not like the way I look so don't hire him. And by law you have to be equal and give everyone an interview even if they don't hire me at least give me a interview. Victoria spoke to me and told me this, I told her that I really really need this job, I have 3 boys that I have yo support and Covid19 hit my life really really hard I already did the food handlers card. If i could give a zero star i would i have been here three times! And not once! Have they gotten my order correct! On day 1 i ordered a #2 a sausage egg mcmuffin meal with an orange juice 3 oatmeals and extra creamer inside with 3 blueberry pies. As im headed to the hospital with my grandma who is in critical condition (not that anyone asked or cares) i noticed they only gave me an egg biscuit and the three oatmeals no pies no hash browns and not even the right sandwich and i didnt get my orange juice. So ok we call and we spoke to Noe the manager he wote up down and said ok it will be replaced GREAT!…. 🙄 WRONG!!! We go and we spoke to ivette the worker she has NO CLUE what we were talking about gave us a BIG hassel we were in a rush again to go to the hospital and we said we will just pay we need to leave. We called today 7/11/25 taked to ivette because noe was not in. We asked to speak to another manager which i believe her name was laura lorena not sure her name. But ivette said she would make it right and give us our order. nah bro I tried to use the app to get %40 off a 20 piece and when I ordered and I think the lady misheard me and offered me a free 10piece I was confused and decided I can clear up the miscommunication at the window. My order was supposed to be a 20 piece with ranch and buffalo, a basket of fries, medium sprite, and medium sweet tea. When I got to the window I tried to explain to the girl that I meant to order a 20 piece and that I was probably misheard, she read back that I ordered a ten piece and everything else I ordered and I cleared it up to say that I was just trying to get that promotion (40% of a 20pc) she makes it seem like I’m doing something wrong and has to call her manager over and tries to say that I’m trying to order 30nuggets and I’m like “no I just need 20 please” they decided not to charge me for some reason and then when I proceeded to the next window they give me bbq sauce and sweet and sour, and unsweetened tea, with a ridiculous amount of ice to where it was a struggle to put in my straw.
