Reminds me of coffee houses in the UAE and Bahrain. The menu has all the usual faves, plus an amazing selection of Middle Eastern coffees and teas. Prices are super reasonable, especially compared to S-bux next store, about half price of S-bux.
I couldn't decide between an Arabic coffee and a tea. Since I'm halfway to Phoenix and on the road, I bought both. (About the same price as buying just one at S-bux). Both were amazing!
The quality of both the coffee and the tea were so good! Both exceeded my expectations. I wish I was a local so I could be a regular here.
The vibe at this place is also very chill. The mod decor, soft music, and super high ceiling combined with giant windows feels very calming and open. I really needed to get on the road, but decided to chill here for a minute and enjoy the ambiance. Glad I did, and hit the road with a great attitude for the long drive.
If all you want is a delicious and perfect cup of coffee at a very cheap price, this is also a great place to stop and try. You'll probably want to stay though. It's got...
Read moreUpdate: Love this place. Hubby and i have gone a few times and the experience is always good. The coffees and cakes are tasty. This time they had lots of new desserts and I went with the khaleeji cake, so tasty. I thought the topping was like cocoa pebbles but theyre thicker and chewy. Also tried their tiramisu latte (picture included) and omg the presentation is beautiful and it is soo good. If you love sweet dessert like coffees this is a must try! I only wish this place was closer, don't come to the west side too frequently.
Awesome little cafe. Saw it while hubby and I were driving in the west side and decided to try it out. Very friendly young lady greeted us and offered us some samples. Ended up ordering the things we sampled. We both got the hot chai al hatmi to drink and the basbousa to eat. Highly highly recommend the basbousa, it is so tasty. We will definitely be ordering from here again next time we are...
Read moreThis was the worse place I've ever gone to. I ordered a tres leches cake and it was so small (No bigger than the palm of my hand) and DRY. How do you even mess up tres leches cake? The cake was $5 and not worth the price at all. Even the coffee was bad, I dont remember what I ordered but I asked for my coffee to have milk and sugar. It was so strong I couldn't taste the milk or sugar and it made me feel sick. I dont like super strong coffee because I have a sensitive stomach. I waited 20-30 minutes for my order, they just forgot. It wasn't even busy that day. There was like 2 or 3 other people and when more people came in they got their food before I did. Honestly I heard good things about this place but it was clearly a lie. Oh and all the prices went up and when I went there it was news to me. I wouldn't recommend coming here. It would just be better to go to Starbucks. This is the first and last time...
