I encountered some difficulties while trying to transfer funds from my digital bank account to my physical card, which made me a bit anxious. Read moreSpent 300 dollars in there and as I was walking out the manager cried about a 3 dollar toy that probably cost them .35 cents from some sweat shop in Taiwan, supposedly my 8 month old had opened it ,he claimed it couldn't be sold again because it was opened which half the crap in there is either store returns with no tags and/or defective and still being sold I was followed all thru the store even in the bathroom when I had to change my childs diaper they sent a female store employee who pretended to wash her hands....with no soap?.....I guess that's how they train their people no hygiene.! !!!! so I will never be returning here again unless I wanna feel like a criminal and have my space invaded worst place, the manager either didn't get laid or was on his rag standing at the door with like 3 others for back up ..not knowing my husband was X special forces he could have taken all three of them including the mall cop (security guard ) even thru the female shoes I was being watched like I was gonna steal something I'm in my sandals, all that I am trying to say is if they feel like being spies they should hire some professionals because they are not good at cloak & dagger they should've complained before I spent my money in there never...
Read moreThe associates are always helpful and friendly. Five Stars. However my next area of concern is store management Zero Stars. I moved here to El Paso, Texas in June 2019. Todays date is April 16, 2023. This is nearly four years ago. I should have took out my cellphone and take many pictures. My wife and really enjoy shopping at Burlington. The large selections and amazing prices. We are in this store at least once a week because of the new shipment of items arriving weekly. The two trash cans at the front door have trash literally falling out of them and gathering around the cans. This is every time we shop here. Store management do not see this? Additionally, the left side of the store where deliveries are made, the parking area filled with garbage also. If this was a restaurant, I would definitely stop eating here. I have a suggestion, if store management would walk around the store once or twice a day inside and outside then maybe this can...
