Personally, I prefer to order my food on the mobile app, even if that mean ordering right in front of the store. This becomes a problem when I order online and have to watch countless people receive their orders upon entering the store. If I click “ASAP” on the time, that should mean then and there. There were seven people that arrived in the store after I walked in and placed their order. All seven people received their food before I did. They are were even able to sit, converse, and eat before I received my order. To put the icing on the cake, my order was not even ready at the estimated time that was stated it would be, which was 25 minutes after I placed the order. The environment is very inviting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food & smoothie options are impressive. I personally purchased the Ginger Orange Glow smoothie & Santa Fe Quesadilla w/red & green salsas. I was not disappointed with what I purchased. Everything I purchased was absolutely delicious. Service is not very welcoming I agree. Been here 5x recently and it’s always the same. Food smoothies are good. It’s fast. Clean but a mess. I hope that next time I come which probably might be soon in a week or less. You can be a bit more nicer and smiling. Never see anyone smile. Only 1 employee was nice enough to get me a cup of ice with really hot soda. She even apologized. Very great of her part. Rest are kind of always in a bad mood.
