If I could I leave 0 stars I would. This place used to be a place I could dine in at and have a great time. On April 28 i went in to celebrate my birthday with my friends and was forced to leave. Two of my friends were told they would not be allowed to order food for another hour because the restaurant had a big online order to attend to. The rest of us were already in the process of actually receiving our food (which we let the staff know) and were still told that my 2 friends would have to wait to order their's so what were they supposed to do just watch us eat for an hour? Until they were "allowed" to order. It seems to me that this place cares more about their online customer's than their dine in one's. We went for a DINE IN experience, we got in our cars and drove there to celebrate a great day but i guess we should have just ordered from home because it seems that was their sole concern. To top it off the girl in front with the braided hair handling the online orders was incredibly rude and was ignoring us when were wanting a refund. When my 2 friends wanted to order she completely ignored them so they had to grab her attention and without making eye contact she shouted out to the kitchen "hey are we taking dine in orders or not" she then FINALLY decided to make eye contact only to tell them they couldn't order for an hour. If the online orders are going to take priority then maybe they should get rid of the dine in option completely, because customers are just wasting their time and gas by going there. I have never experienced this type of situation at any restaurant , this isnt some technical difficulty that was out of their control, that I would understand but this was them physically saying "too bad so sad we're too busy for u". The manager was nice enough to give us back our money and apologized, but just horrible customer service, I dont know where turning people away because of a big online order is justifiable but they should definitely think of a better solution because I would hate for someone else to experience this ,especially on their birthday. I could have chosen many other places to go to and spend my money at but now I definitely wont...
Read moreI ordered a meal for three online totaling 50+ dollars from the website for the restaurant. The driver came on time but had a small bag with sauce and a small container of food. The bag had sauce leaking all over the bottom of the bag and a fork sticking out of the side of the bag. He also had sauce from the leak all over his pants. I let him know there must be a mistake so when I called the restaurant they said that DoorDash was responsible for the delivery and to call them for issues with the delivery. The website doesn’t indicate that they use DoorDash for delivery services. This is not fair to the customer ordering online. I then had to speak to the manager Erica who promised a full refund for the issues that took place but then only refunded 14.00 of the amount of the order. This is the second case where if you order online they use DoorDash and not tell customers and expect issues with delivery to be handled by them. The food was not good at all. The service has been terrible and the manager did not fulfill her promises of a full refund for...
Read moreThe food was good. But during a peak rush of customers on a Friday night, they dropped the ball. They are using a system of receiving texts for order pickups during covid. But on this night it had become the wild west. I had texted and waited for 40minutes for an order and nobody came. I walk inside only to find out the texting system was being disregarded and they had resorted to serving up old school. First come first serve - customers huddling outside waiting for their orders in close proximity. The city is undergoing a peak of covid cases, and this restaurant couldn't handle the demand, became overwhelemd and created a potentially dangerous situation by not using the texting system that their corporate parent had intended. The least they could do is put signs and communicate better with customers. Or at the very least, shut down when the crew is overwhelmed and...
