Let me start by saying I love Chick-fil-A, tonight however I came across a problem. My daughter was at work and out at 10. Chick-fil-A closes at 10 so before I headed over to pick her up, she placed a mobile order for me to pick up for her. Angelynn was at the window and very polite and made conversation. The girl behind her overheard me asking about the order and butted into our conversation. I understand it was almost closing and everyone wants to go home but she was rushing me. I needed to verify my daughters order because what I got was not in fact what she told me she had ordered. That second girl was snippy and rude. She proceeded to call a manager over and I was able to add on what I needed. Well we get home only to find that the order my daughter had placed originally was missing her nuggets. The whole question on this order was the amount of nuggets. They didn’t even check the order they were too busy trying to get us out of there!! Had that second girl not interrupted I would have checked the bag instead of dealing with her sass. I tried calling to let y’all know it was missing but surprise surprise...
Read moreChic fil A nationwide operates the same. My orders have always been correct and fresh, no matter where I've been. This is the only franchise that I have been to in my 30+ years of life where there was something wrong with every order. I've been 3 or 4 times this year and will not be going back. One time, they didn't take my name so I had to wait longer due to confusion about my order. Once, they didn't give me any sauces, though I requested some. I ordered hashbrowns 2 days in a row for my kids and the amounts they threw in the box were inconsistent. It's like they give you whatever they want you to have. Today I wanted to try a chic fil a hack, but they gave me a wrong menu item. I ordered a nugget meal, but they gave me a wrap. The wraps are delicious, but it's not what I wanted, and when I do get the wrap, I HAVE to have the avocado ranch dressing. Since they got the order wrong, I can't even enjoy it like I usually do. These are not major issues per se, but I just expect the same service and accuracy I've always gotten. They have GOT to do better. Maybe the franchise owners need a refresher course...

I took my girls for dinner and ordered at 6:21 pm on Saturday 9/27 we waited it took them roughly about 35mins to get our food. I was like really that long for 4 meals wow! It was a lil busy but what really sucked is I see all these new ppl coming in seating down and right when they about to seat down oh their meal is ready. Where the heck is our order?? I go over to ask them hello I have been here for 35mins and our food isn’t even been brought to us. Smh. But yet all these new customers are already have their meals and eating. Bad thing they have someone cleaning and they don’t even acknowledge you if you need anything. The gentleman I asked he was well let me check. Takes a while to come back and then he returns oh can I have your receipt haha ok. walks always and take a good 5/10 mins returns with our food and says we are very sorry your meal will be on us and your money will be refunded. I’m like ok thank you. It’s Monday and I’m still waiting on my refund to get put back...
