Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

10/2023 Young lady ringing us up didn't know or care to know the game up front with a clock, and how a customer can win a free buffet by playing said game. When asked about it, she didn't even know about it, and when she looked, she blew it off, saying they just put it there and didn't know and asked to take our order again. We didn't press, though we should've. She didn't want to be there, and it showed. They're hiring, and they need better people up front for sure.

Went at open'ish. Everything was super fresh, and none of it had time to sit. Even the salad stuff was on point. Good food experience. Props to back of the house peeps on the baked goods.

They had just about EVERY kind of Sport and Motorsports that was going on, on every TV, which is about 6 or 7.... was pretty cool to see actually, they just didn't have sound for good reason. Running a ROKU setup. Nice.

Management needs to explain changes that occur to pricing and promotions to their employees in a more timely manner.

Was a bad start, but it ended well. Room for improvement. Customer service goes a long way. 3 stars. I still...

Very cheap buffet, great for big groups, or if you have a big family! There were 8 of us dining tonight and it was around 8pm when we arrived.

There were plenty of pizzas to pick from. Pepperoni, chicken w bacon flatbreads, garlic breadsticks, stuffed breadsticks, stuffed pizzas, hawaiian pizzas, and dessert pizzas just to name a few. They also have soups, salads, and pasta!

Service at the front was great and the cashier was friendly. The food tasted good and tasted freshly made.

My only complaint was that of the employee that started mopping around 9pm while we were still eating. (there were other customers too) The mop smelt disgusting and it let out this nasty wet dog hair smell. YUCK. I'm so glad we were almost done eating because after smelling that, all we wanted to do was run out to breathe in some fresh air.

As we were walking towards the exit, I look down at the water that's in the bucket that's being used to mop with, and I see that the water is black! Gross! No wonder why it stunk! Ugh dining...

Unfortunately, Cicis Pizza at this location off Mesa used to be one of my favorite places. The quality of their pizza 🍕 has dropped drastically since 2024. The flat bread pizza has lots of toppings with a ton of sauce. Every bite is a disaster 😫, everything falls off, and you're left with a piece of bread and sauce. Whereas the pizza itself has nearly no toppings, they don't bother to pat the toppings down, so coming out of the oven, it's hot and looks delicious, yet one bite and boom, everything slides off and hits either your clothes or if lucky hit the plate. I'm very, very disappointed and will never go back to this location again. The guy mopping the floor comes to your table. Of course, they don't use gloves and just touch everything on your table, as if they were sworn an oath to just grab your plate without asking. Especially when they only speak Spanish and are probably not legally allowed to work in a facility like Cicis. Definitely do not recommend this location unless you only...
