Went to get pizza last night since their pizza is the best around here lately so we called ahead and ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads. We went to pick up approx 30 minutes later and pizzas were ready but they were short one salad so said we’d have to wait for them to make another salad. I noticed they had mandarin salads as well and thought that sounded good and would maybe save us from having to wait so long. We got our food and left. When we got home we realized the mandarin salad was FROZEN. So irritated! First of all, we ordered ahead and they had THIRTY MINUTES to ready our salads which was a part of our order! Second, don’t they check their salad storage EVER, especially before giving it to a customer? They should be checking their storage also to see if their food is edible and not frozen or been in there too long! Disappointing since I was looking forward to salad with our pizza. The pizza was great, TOO BAD...
Read moreWe threw my son an impromptu birthday celebration here, we came in as walk-ins. I regret not getting her name. (A little short, buzz cut haircut, medium build.) The manager on shift was incredible! We found a table to occupy, so I asked if I could just buy one of the birthday packages. She said, "no I'm not allowed to do that but you can start a tab and pay as you go, honestly it's better because then you don't have a time limit, we also have token and pizza specials right now." I even added sausage to two pizzas at the last minute and she made it happen for me! Everything was smooth and the overall vibe felt amazing. We had an incredible time here. True valued customer service goes a long way and I am so happy to have had this experience. This location on Dyer is by far the best in the city hands down! Thank you guys so much, please...
Read moreThe pizza sauce is bland, the crust is mediocre, the toppings and cheese are okay. The games are okay, but geared toward slightly older kids (ages 4-12). The play area is lackluster. The restaurant is arranged in such a way that I perceive it as a safety threat - when you are sitting at the tables there is an opaque barrier to see into where the children are playing and the bathroom area is readily accessible from the children's side, but not easily visible from the adult's seating area. There is also no attempt at ensuring that children are leaving with the correct adults as in some similar establishments I have visited. I will probably be back, but only because other moms continue to schedule their parties there due to fair prices. It's not my preferred venue and I wouldn't personally...
