Iām so sick of this location Iām about done period with Starbucks. Not once not twice I donāt even remember now how many times Iāve called just in the past month.
I place an order for an apple crisp macchiato HOT! On my app as I always do⦠But for some odd very odd reason they never have it ready for me because they want to ask me if itās iced or hot or they just make an iced! I know mistakes happen but every time I order?? How can you say thatās a mistake at that point? Itās just incompetence or just being lazy. Every time I would call Iād say Iām just calling for your alls info but her offered 20$ on my Starbucks acct or a remake. I called today and I spoke with nick and he just didnāt really want to hear the issue just wanted to fix it or how he said āmake it rightā but at this point how are you going to make it right when itās a continuous issue? So I hang up on nick then get a call back from Vinni and hes doing the same thing cutting me off not listening to the issue just wants to remake my order correctly this time but Iām like you all keep doing this how is this fixing the issue? So I just called corporate. This place needs to be retrained at this point I asked Kieth the sup for cs to have a district and regional contact me says regionals are not an option. So now I wait to see if the district manager will contact me. And then heās the only one who can do a reimbursement because at this point I donāt want it on a gift card or my acct I donāt even want to go back right now. So no just give me my money back because I paid for something I didnāt order! Starbucks DO BETTER
Update: been 24 hours and still no contact from āDistrict manager ā Iāve read through the reviews and it looks like this location has more bad reviews than any other⦠lots of customers have felt uncomfortable at this location feeling judged and stuff like that. WELL I FELT THE SAME WAY! I have a disability and after telling them they just laughed and again ignored the ISSUE. I feel less than and still no refund for a thrown in the trash coffee. Also while Iām at it I had a free coffee already waiting for me for a āmistakeā last week.. the coffee tasted like dirty water. I see several ppl complaining about the consistency of the coffees made here.

The "supervisor" who was working the window April 29th around 12:30pm was very rude when asked if she could throw away a starbucks drink that I had literally purchased at that same store maybe not even four hours before. She said in a very unfriendly way that they don't take anything back, which maybe she misunderstood that I what I was asking, but the fact that there was a trash can right beside her, and if they had given me the wrong drink for instance I'm sure they would have taken that back through the window so it just didn't fully add up. Either way I was fully willing to except that if that is there policy even though it would have been alot easier to receive the two drinks I had just purchased to put in the cup holders, but she continued to act as though helping me was an extremely demanding task. I decided to ask to speak to the store manager when she immediately replied that the store manager was in a meeting, where I'm pretty sure if there was an issue and she really wanted to could have asked for her. It was almost as if she knew I was going to complain and thought that the manager being busy would excuse her behavior. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and she said there were two and she was a supervisor. Which she said very sarcastically as if because she is a supervisor she is allowed to behave and treat customers how ever she wants. I asked to speak with the other supervisor who actually showed concern and handled the situation to which I applaud her and it seems that she is actually appropriate for that position. I will be going back to speak to the manager directly when I have the opportunity to express my disappointment and hopefully that "supervisor" will learn from mistakes and be better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually love Starbucks ā the drinks never disappoint ā but this visit completely ruined it for me. My friend and I stopped by to have some coffee and catch up, but since she had her dog, she ordered through the app and waited outside while I went in to order mine and pick up hers.
When I got inside, one of the baristas looked straight at me and said, āIāll be with you in a sec,ā then just ignored me and never came back. I stood there waiting while she stared at me like I didnāt belong there. Eventually, another worker helped me out, which I appreciated, but by then the vibe was already off.
Then the same barista placed a drink on the counter. I politely asked if it was for my friend I said her name, and she said yes, so I grabbed it. While waiting for my own drink, she came back and asked if I was āwaiting for something else.ā I said yes, gave my name ā and then she started whispering into her headset, making faces with another barista like they were talking about me. I could literally read their lips.
It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly felt classist. Iāve never felt so uncomfortable just ordering coffee. I didnāt deserve to be treated like that ā nobody does. I walked out upset and embarrassed, and I donāt think Iāll be coming back to this Starbucks again. Drinks were good, but the customer service? Completely ruined...
