Todays Martín Luther king I stoped there and enjoy some of the meals they have. This little restaurant could improve a lot because is in a nice are very busy all the time. One of the best plates they have are the chiles rellenos and the rice and beans are very Good. Some of the food sometimes is dry and I’m talking about the Buffett. They have refills sodas and a variety of drinks. Many Mexican soups like menudo or pozole. They have Mexican deserts and fruits. Go early and enjoy the fresh new food of the day. I don’t t recommend to go in the afternoon after 4 pm because the close is near and the food is not good as in the morning. If they improve all of my suggestions I think could be a very nice restaurant and high their starts. There is a lot of veterans eating because Is relatively low cost for the food you can get. I came here many times because is close to my house. The service is very friendly like a Mexican restaurant, the welcoming always!!! They have plates to go and I’m going to try next time this maybe could be better than the buffet. One more thing they need to work better in the organization & cleanest. So far 3 stars I may change my review next time to see an improvement. Food need to be less dry and more organization also the clean! Very important. Just improvements that’s it! (Food 7 from 10) location ( 8 from 10). Staff 10 from 10. Price...
Read moreThis is the worst buffet you wanna go to! Chicken nuggets they were hard as a rock, the sopa, arroz con leche, the caldo de rez, the chile Colorado, chile verde and the menudo everything that has to do with liquid the kitchen people and the waitress they just keep adding water and the food is watery. Also the lettuce and tomatoes uff those they was looking like they put some bad tomatoes wrinkle, old, and the lettuce turning black like if it was bad! This people don’t care if the customer get contaminated by putting bad food! Health department should be called on this restaurant! Just to make the food to last more! You wouldn’t see them change the food to warm. The females there they are so worry about the guys there in the kitchen instead of the customers! To bring the tortillas they took 10-15 minutes to bring them out to our table! We told the waitress that the food was tooooooooo watery which you can tell that it was watery and the waitress told the lady on pink and said a comment very unprofessional! Of course my kids and family left all the food in the table and she made it look like we like it not knowing that the waitress came to pick up our plates full of food! If you really wanna eat a good buffet and good food go to the one on Montana. This people are very unprofessional, rude and the food is very yuck! DISGUSTING!...
Read moreThis place is an embarrassment for the Mexican cuisine. I tried just a bite of everything and everything was completely cold and soulless. The meals were TexMex more than Mexican food. Wich either way it doesn't make sense. For the name has to do with the Spaniards but the meals were "Mexican". I wouldn't recommend this abomination of restaurant, if it can even be called that. No asadero, Oaxaca, Menonita or at least some Mexican ingredients, not even real Mexican tortillas. Most of it was flavorless, extremely cold and cheap ingredients that give no authenticity in the beautiful and perfect Mexican Cuisine. Last but not least, people were supposedly cleaning with dirty smelly rags by the buffet (Yes by the food) as they were dragging and mixing the dirty rags with more food, with their dirty hands with no gloves, whistling over the food. Hands that were touching the dirty rags, were grabbing every spoon as well ,spoons that clients use to serve their own food with. I saw dirty long nails on one of the employees cleaning. So if you want to waste your money, get sick and eat filth this...
