First and foremost, I'd like to commend Renee (please forgive me if I misspelled your name) for the hard work and extra effort in getting orders ready, while also manning the cash registers and dealing with customers. Renee seems to be a model employee and always seems to be considerate for the customer's needs. Now for the reason(s) for the bad rating: I always pre-order using the App, and am always happy to leave a sizeable tip, since I firmly believe that by using the App, my order will be ready for pickup at the allotted time. This is hardly the case, and I have found my wait time for picking up my order typically exceeds 20 minutes, and that's after I arrive at the restaurant! Usually its one item that I am waiting for, like pizza bread. By the time I finally get my order, the pizza is pretty much cooled off, so we end up either eating cold pizza, or having to reheat it in the oven (and reheated pizza is not as good as fresh pizza)! I've complained to the manager, but I'm thinking this is falling on deaf ears. On this particular visit, the manager seemed to be busy making the pizzas, so I can imagine he is the one responsible for not getting the entire order into the ovens so all the food comes out at the same time! Read moreMy wife and I were excited to enjoy a late dinner at this Pizza Hut location, especially since we live just around the corner and have supported this establishment for years. However, our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
We arrived at 9:30 PM, well ahead of the posted closing time of 12:00 AM, intending to dine in. To our surprise, the assistant manager, Sebastián, refused to allow us to eat inside. He stated that only carry-out was available—without any prior signage or notice to customers about this supposed policy.
What made the experience worse was Sebastián’s attitude. He was not only unapologetic but also rude and dismissive, giving the impression that he simply didn’t want to do his job. There was no courtesy, no explanation, and certainly no effort to accommodate loyal, local customers.
If dine-in is not allowed after a certain time, that should be clearly posted at the entrance and online. Customers shouldn’t be met with lazy resistance and poor service. Pizza Hut should seriously reconsider whether this type of employee represents their brand.

Said it would be 40 mins for my order to be ready. Came back for pick up to find out they only made 1 deal, half of my order. Had to stand there waiting another 30+ mins for the rest of my food to be made. Can hear employees yelling at each other, no customer service skills. After waiting again they still gave me my order incorrectly. Gave me burnt cinnamon sticks and forgot the frosting.
