Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Paso

I'm making this review based on my husband's experience today in store. We have ordered here a lot, and we never had any issues until today. My husband went into the store to pay and get his carry out. The worker said yeah there is a place for you to put in a tip. My husband asked why he would leave a tip when he was coming into the store to pick up the pizza. The employee said well we make the pizza. The tipping culture is getting ridiculous. We tip servers who bring us our food at restaurants and delivery drivers who bring us our food. A wage pays for the work the worker was hired to do. A tip is optional, not mandatory, and shouldn't be expected or blantantly stated that someone needs to do that. It is a carryout. If it were a delivery or if we were dining in at a table, absolutely, but dang...don't worry about us we are done, and we will make sure to let others know the expectations of the employees so they too can decide if the juice is worth the squeeze...

Took advantage of my points and now I have none call the store they say call customer service customer service cannot help me just a fiasco plain and simple I live three blocks away and still they charge a delivery fee and the people look at you like they expect a bigger tip than the delivery fee also for three blocks very very disappointed Pizza is raw and doughy never have salad dressings unprofessional and very inconsiderate employees hopefully they do get their act together and get it straightened out but until then good luck ordering and see if you get what you wanted also be aware of Alicia that makes fun of a veteran and also her attitude really sucks they need to get rid of some of them managers there there's too many high horses and not enough workers and especially when she lies to you in your face let's get rid of that person I don't...

I understand the restaurant was extremely busy and it was Friday however, I believe it may have not been enough employees to handle the demand of orders received. With your special offers on pizza, it makes people order more. My pizza sauce was lacking and cheese. The flavor was worse than a store brought pizza from the freezer. It tasted very cheap and it was my understanding that Pizza Hutt is not a cheap pizza style restaurant. Well you are approaching that status fast. Please improve in the flavor and quality.
