While the food tasted great and we were Pleased with the portion sizes, we were very displeased with the overall quality. The order took much longer to prepare than anticipated so I expected that they would take the extra care to ensure that the meals would be prepared correctly. Food servers should be aware of food allergies, especially since they are typically expected to take a food safety class. One of the meals was supposed to be completely gluten free with no onions. It was not. People should not have to avoid eating out especially when restaurants provide gluten free and substitution options. I pay extra for gluten free options and that is not what I received. If you are going to charge artisanal prices, you need to have higher expectations for your employees. Iâm very disappointed and I will never feel comfortable returning to this location.    Read moreWrong order and the worst customer service. Ok, this is not the first time I get the wrong order, sometimes they forget to give me the dressing for the salad, the sides, the right drink. So this time I ordered 2 sandwiches Bacon Smokecheesy and the Turkey Bacon Clud, well when I got home And I opened the sandwich I got 2 sandwiches without meat!!!! They were plain sandwiches đmaybe it was my fault because knowing they always give the wrong order I should heck before I left. Well, I took the 2 sandwiches and drove back to the place to get the 2 sandwiches I paid for! I get there nobody was at the cashier. I waited 5 minutes so I rang bell. Same server came.. I told her that she gave me the wrong sandwiches she said you did not how that happened. She gave me the 2 right sandwiches, NO manager came to apologize or to offer a discount or and extra drink. To my surprise there was a long line. No problem, I donât mind waiting as I have patience. Finally I placed my order, paid and went home only to find out I am missing chips, no napkins, and missing an extra cookie that I ordered. Itâs a little disappointing having to find this out after a long day. & the simple fact that I was charged for these missing items.
