Sol K-Dogs — Restaurant in El Paso

I went yesterday night with my girlfriend who doesn’t speak Spanish. I go up to the line and the young man taking our order saw that we were still looking at the menu and he puts one in the window so we can see, I was like ok great thanks. Then after we order he asks about our sauce, again we step back to look at the options and this time he literally throws the sauce menu at us, I noticed it and didn’t like it one bit, so I give him a nasty look and he looked at me with a scared face, you know a “oh I messed up” face. Whatever, I continue to order but now my tone has shifted. He then proceeds to ask us about our drink to which I said I didn’t want a drink and he says the computer won’t let him, I say just sell me the combo and don’t give me a drink it’s not that hard, he continues to get irritated and say that he cannot do that because of the computer, so then I ask what sodas they have and he deep sighs at me and mumbles the sodas, I say in a very firm and already agitated voice I can not hear you, he moans again and mumbles the drinks another time, again I can’t understand the words coming out of this horrible employee and I just say to give me whatever I do not care anymore. I know this is very long and detailed but this person really, really rubbed me the wrong way, I have never, ever received such horrible customer service. Other than that, the food was okay at best, and not too pricey actually but given the fact that the service was horrible, I wish maybe I hadn’t paid so much...

i wanted to check out this place so badly, yet the customer service left me without words.

As i was waiting for someone to take my order i kept starring at this kid wearing glasses and with airpods on, i said hi, he looked at me and said nothing(he was by the register). There was a guy in the back on his phone which i assume was the cook and a lady walking around in the back as well. After waiting for a good 5 mins i decided to not buy anything.

If this is the kind of service you give to your customers, i don't even want to imagine the kind of food you serve, and as per other reviews i might've made the...

Visited this place on Sunday got 3 corn dogs all hot Cheeto but 1 was all beef, 1 was half and half and 1 all mozzarella. There was absolutely no indication or not even labeled which was which. We ended up having to all take a bite of a corn dog that wasn’t even ours. Please add stickers or something to know which is what corn dog. This was definitely a frustrating and annoying experience. Overall we did enjoy the corn dogs...
