Where do I begin? The employees are beyond rude and feel entitled. Ordered over phone, they couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder then they said i was yelling. Second lil girl was slow as ever again had to spell out loud even in terms “I as in igloo, B as in befooooooorrrrruuuuhhh!!! It was a nightmare. I asked to well done but they only burn the crust. I wanted the bottom of the pizza cooked!! Crispy not wet and soggy. This used to be my favorite spot. The”manager” claims to have a need to protect her employees when including her cannot get a single tasks done. I know they are young in high school more than likely have kids at young ages but NOONE made you work there. It’s your job, NOT YOUR BUSINESS. The owner needs to grab a hold of these employees before no one returns. The employees job is to serve the customers. Be polite and have manners. If you can’t do that quit. Do yard work. Be professional. I own food trucks in juarez and any of my cooks act this way with my customers are fired then slapped. I called and complained after they delivered this awful pizza and still said I would wait over an hour. This is ridiculous it’s so so bad. If I wasn’t on probation I’d go cause problems but damn. I’m just furious at the garbage service, customer service, just all around speedys lost a loyal customer. Very very...

Would give less stars, if possible. The employee was rude to me when I called in an order, said he couldn't hear me, don't bother calling back unless I speak up and hung up. That should have been my indication to go elsewhere.

The building smelled like old rotting food/sewage when I walked in. I figured they were having temporary issues as there was a closed sign on the restroom door. I'd already paid at this point so I made the mistake of continuing.

I brough the food home and im not exaggerating when I tell you that our food was disgusting! We ordered some pasta, a Hawaiian chicken pizza and a pepperoni pizza.

The pasta was cold, mushy and covered in what appeared to be frozen chicken slices. It tasted off, like it had gone bad.

The pizzas were undercooked to the point the cheese wasn't melted, the chicken was ice cold and tasted frozen and the entire pizza tasted off, almost like the cheese or sauce were expired.

We each took two bites of our food and threw it out because it was nasty. The next day, we all had stomach issues and my 10 year old had to go to the doctor for food poisoning.

Hello, just wanted to inform you of the bad customer service I received today at the zaragoza location on far east. I called earlier and they stated that the store will close at 10 PM today new years eve. I placed my order online at 6 p.m for pick up at 8:30 PM. Someone from the place called me at 7 PM and didn't leave a voice message. I keep calling several times after that and no one answered. I showed up to the store exactly 8:30pm.to a sign outside stating closed for new year's eve. Someone was sweeping and I went inside. I explained that I came to pick up order and they stated they didn't have any more orders. I told the gentleman it was done online and he looked in the system and told the guy in charge. Oh yeah there was an online order. I told them that someone had seen my order because I had a missed call and no one had answered my calls. He said , oh well , you didn't pay online so we don't have it. I said that I selected to pay on receipt. He said he didn't do anything. Didn't apologize or anything. He didn't even seem to care.
