Our favorite spot to visit!! My husband and I have been loyal supporters of the Bagel Shop since our college days. We've never tried the breakfast options since we usually get a lunch sandwich. My husband likes the fifth avenue and I like the chicken breast sandwich. They come with a side of chips and a pickle. The downsides are that their prices continuously increase! It's a tad bit pricey for just a sandwich with a pickle and chips. Drinks are sold separately. Unfortunately they don't have the best customer service and their employees tend to not be on the cordial/friendly side.

Their manager (she's been there since we started going) won't even look at you in the eye and she's very short. She ALWAYS looks beat down and doesn't make you feel welcome....at all. Not the friendliest atmosphere but we enjoy the Bagel sandwiches so much we JUST have to keep going! We wish they had extended hours over the weekend since they close so early on weekdays.

Another downside is that they never have ice or drinks in their machine. I always like getting lemonade and it's always water. We constantly have to ask for ice.

P.s. their cinnamon sugar bagel with the almond creme cheese is a...

I paid about 18$ for two bagels and two iced coffees. With that being said, I just figured the quality of food would be better. Everything bagels among other bagels were not available, nearly everything was gone, so not many options to choose from. This place is extremely over hyped, unless I just caught them on a bad day. My wife ordered a bacon egg and cheese and only received a bagel with egg and cheese. When telling them about the mess up, she asked if I wanted to pay for bacon instead of trying to offer me bacon for the misunderstanding. I ordered a bacon and cream cheese with maybe 1 strip of bacon broken up within the entire bagel. I’m originally from NYC, so maybe My standards or expectations were too high? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Buy your own fresh bagels, and toppings from farmers market, I think the experience would be...

I agree with the bad customer service posts. This was my first time there with my kids and we usually have tap water when we eat out. They couldn't accommodate my request for a cup of water while dining in and instead of just telling me they couldn't accommodate my request and I had to buy a bottled water, they just acted like they were bringing me water that never came. I asked the cashier for a cup of water and he just ignored me. I asked the lady who brought out our bagels for water and she said she would need to check because she thinks they ran out of water....when she came back with the rest of our order she came back with no water or explanation. The bagels were good but not enough to have us...

The space is very inviting, spacious and many bagel options to choose from. I ordered an everything bagel and an onion bagel. Both with cream cheese and one special order with avocado, red onion, tomato and cucumber. It looked beautiful and the fillings were great. It could have used more avocado and spread evenly like the other vegetables. The bagels were a bit chewy and lacked a bit of flavor. I’m used to this particular veggie bagel from my days in SF and I know I can’t compare, though a bagel is a bagel and while it was good, it was not amazing. The staff was very friendly and they were busy on this Friday morning, which is great to see a local business doing well. I’ll give them another try soon.

Bagels are one of my favorites in California. I found this place thru Google, and it wasn't bad. Bagels are lacking in flavor, but all in all, the breakfast jalapeño Bagels & everything Bagels w/ chive & onion cream cheese was worth coming back for. They do have 18 different Bagels 🥯.
