Today, my wife and I went to this location and ordered two simple burgers with loaded fries to go. We sat down and waited for our food. I noticed that one male worker came into the dining area, observed the dining area, and possibly said something to the cashier (Stacie) and then went back to the kitchen. Sometime after, another person came out to place a brown bag on the counter and then looked at me and my wife. He then opened the bag and pulled out one of the sandwiches, and walked away to the back area. He then returned a few seconds after with the same sandwich and a second brown bag and placed the sandwich in the bag. Stacie and the young man (who didn't have a name tag) began whispering to each other when they noticed I was watching them. Stacie then turned her hat down to cover her face. Stacie then walked over with the bags and placed them on our table, and I asked her, "Why did he remove the sandwich from the bag to then take it to the back after observing us?" She struggled to find a reasonable answer and said, "It fell in the bag, so he went to get another one. " I then said was confused and said, "What do you mean?" Stacie then said, "they didn't mess with it. "
If the bag was closed, how did he know "it fell". In the pictures you can see from a past order how the burgers are placed in the bag. How did it fall over ?(it didnt) If they had ready-made burgers, why did we wait for almost 10 minutes for ours? (Because that was a lie. My understanding is that these burgers are made to order) My wife and I were the only ones placing an order ON MOTHERS DAY. So, are there random, ready-made orders on a slow Sunday? I doubt it.
At the end of the story, I got my money back because I didn't feel comfortable after that exchange. I don't want to assume, but it seems the workers possibly played with our food and racially profiled us. As a person, not from here, i looked at Orange Cow as better than In and Out. These workers just gave it a bad name in my book as someone who has ordered $100 of food for...
Read moreOrange Cow Burgers delivers exactly what you want from a great burger joint — bold flavours, quality ingredients, and absolutely killer milkshakes. The burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, and made to order, with perfectly toasted buns and creative topping combos that still feel classic. Whether you're a fan of a double cheeseburger or something more adventurous, there's something here that'll hit the spot.
But the real surprise? The milkshakes. Thick, creamy, and packed with flavour, they're the perfect balance of indulgent and refreshing. From classic vanilla to more unique creations, each one tastes like it was crafted with care, not just tossed together.
Orange Cow keeps it casual, but the food speaks for itself. If you're craving an excellent burger and a shake that actually lives up to the hype, this...
Read moreThey have a simple menu. Either single, double or triple cow (patties, but that’s how they call it). Each burger comes standard with lettuce, tomato, cheese, their sauce, and caramelized onions. You can then add on bacon, green chile, .. and some other options. So it is not really a big menu. I got the double cow with green chile added. I didn’t feel they added enough green chile to their $1.5 up charge. Just very few small pieces. Like less than a quarter of a green chile. Taste was good overall, I enjoyed my sandwich I also ordered loaded fries, which I thought would be cheese and bacon added. But it was just fries with very heavy cheesy mayo sauce. It tasted good, but it was tooooooo heavy. Will order regular fries only...
