TIPPI TEAS — Restaurant in El Paso

Well I can't say that I was a frequent customer there but I can say it was quite delicious. My ordeal is not with the place in general or the food. My thing is with the owner. What I'm concerned is that there is no type of patience or consideration for the employees and it's not just for a certain employee. My thing is I feel that if you hire someone that is younger than 17 you know that you should have some obligation for a little patience than what you don't offer. How do you shoot down a minor that you just hired on her day off for not turning in paperwork. I mean she couldn't have taken it back on her next working day when she had a ride. My thing is if it was so important to fire her on her day off without ANY kind of warning like most responsible unfavorited businesses do, don't you think you should of had her do all the necessary paper work the first days you hired them in the office like most responsible businesses do. Way to go for equal opportunity for someone who was REALLY EXCITED to work for you but instead in return got scared for being turned down on their day off for paperwork. You make it look like it's all great and you can really let your hair down to relaxed and love yourself hu!!! Or is it just some kind of front??? I love this place and that they promote delicious healthy food, however a young lady with blue hair, that works here at this location is very unpleasant and does ruin my family’s time quite often when we go in to have a relaxing fun time, and enjoy some treats. We bring ALL our friends and family here for a great time but having to walk in and know she will serve us that day is discouraging. We ordered together $89 worth of things from here and she was so passive aggressive while holding a “smile” on her face at us for asking if our bowl included a topping on it. Knowing we were thrown off by her reaction, she rushed us to make our decision on if we wanted to add the topping or not. Knowing we were unhappy she just wanted her 50 cents for the topping. Then when we went back up and asked for some extra honey on the bowl the other young lady was beyond sweet and gave us a little bit of honey on the house, and got in trouble by the other blue haired girl for not charging their 50 cents…she’s just a grumpy gal and it is such a nice atmosphere to be in with all that attitude. :( maybe not...

So many options to choose from and they are all so delicious! Don't be afraid to try other things once you have your favorite, because chances are you'll have something else you love. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful with suggestions. I love how beautiful it is inside, the colors and art always make me super happy to be there. The only thing I can say is, be careful because you'll always want to come back for another...
