On September 20, 2025 at 1:30 we had reserved to have our daughters birthday party at this Peter Piper. We never imagined that it would turn out to be the worst decision that we could have made by reserving here. When we got here we were greeted by Marissa the manager. Who I do not think should be a manager especially the one greeting the families that reserve to have a party. One she is very rude and very aggressive. This woman greeted me like if she knew me or as if I owed her something. Second, every time we asked her a question her answer was I don't know. How are you the manager & you do not know how to answer simple questions. And then she put a little girl named Noah to be our host for our party. When we needed this little girl she was nowhere to be found. She was either in the back, walking around, or talking to the employees. We could see her doing this. She would be standing in the corner where the cheese & peppers were at talking with the host from the other party next to us. This little girl Noah kept rushing us to order even though we kept telling her we were not ready. But what really made this worse was the fact that there was a boy walking around Peter Piper the whole time we were there. Well let me tell you that this boy smelled like he hadn’t showered in only god knows how. His smell was so bad that I ended up going to the restroom to throw up. I didn’t say anything because I could tell this boy was not all there mentally, but then I realized that this boy was at Peter Piper with nobody to look after him. So I brought it to the attention of two employees where the kids trade tokens for prizes. So I am thinking they went & told the manager well this is where I tell you this manager should not be a manager. She approached me telling me is everything ok. I told her no there is a little boy that smells very bad walking around by himself. And this is what she told me. Yes he comes from time to time & he just walks around by himself & we watch over him. I did not know that Peter Piper was a daycare. And I told her how can you watch over a child you don’t know. What if something happens to him while he is here in this establishment & the manager told me again that they watch after him. As a person from the restaurant industry, and understands the business & liability , I clearly knew that this person did not know what she was talking about. I really hope this review reaches corporate so they can do something about it & I will be reaching out to...
Read moreJust had my daughter's birthday party this weekend and thank goodness if it wasn't for us, her parents; it could've been a disaster. It's unfortunately that it seems like customer services is not a priority at this location. It would have been nice if someone would have reached out the day/week before to confirm that our event and everything was set; to review what was covered and the opportunities of making the event more reasonable, rather than trying to have us pay for every individual pizza (not like we couldn't afford it; but it's the principal) by allowing us to get more tokens, pizza, etc. If it wasn't for a parent that explained the package (4 kids, 10 tokens, 4 cups and 1 topping pizza; this party would have cost what it wasn't worth I first had to call in to verify to make sure that our event was reserved (don't take computer reservations for granted), and then I had to ask questions as to what was covered, what was needed, etc since I wasn't familiar with your birthday events. It would have been nice if someone would have explained what was covered and what could be added. When we got there, yes, the table was reserved with table coverings but during the event, our hostess could rarely be found. I am used to having someone constantly check in with us; verify if pizza's were needed, if pitchers were needed, or just to merely clean up. I was disappointed that Kaylene (table #24) was horrible and bad customer service skills; not to mention, she spoke down to us and has a vocabulary that I'm assuming is understood in the street. When she spoke to us she kept stating "you get me" and when it was 3pm (mind you, we were reserved until 3:30pm); she told us that we needed to "pay me now", we needed to leave because they were expecting another party, and we could not order additional pizza's for family that had unfortunately arrived late. We spoke to Alex, who later kept checking in on us, but it was at the end of our event, then had an excuse as to him only being a team lead instead of taking the opportunity to show his leadership skills and state that he would take care of it; don't know if he ever did. You need to teach that girl to stay on top of her assigned parties, stay close, monitor what is needed, and how she speaks to customers. I know this will be the last time I have an event at...
Read moreSo I have been coming to Peter Piper ever since I was a little girl, I love the pizza the atmosphere and the staff, well, now I have my own kid and I usually bring him twice a week, I know, is a lot but he loves it, we love it specially in the hot summer’s here in El Paso. Ok, so today I get here at 12pm for the lunch buffet; I used to buy myself the buffet and a drink and I’ll share it with my two year old, well I come not only for the buffet, we do birthday parties here and come on the weekends with my family. I bought my son the Halloween cup and Christmas cup and I usually bring him that cup to drink. Well today I was told by the manager that I cannot reuse this cup without it being a holiday, well I understand the concept but if you still had a Easter cup or a 4th of July cup I would still buy it. Now, I started buying instead of my drink, I buy a kids meal, I get a cup for me, and my kid gets the tickets, I have no necessity to buy the kids meal, because I can share my cup and pizza with my two year old but I rather buy the kids meal instead of one drink for myself for almost the same price. Now, the comment from the manager bother me a lot, I mean should I explain to her this thought, I feel disappointed because I usually see her working really hard and she is an excellent manager but this comment with an attitude has me changing my mind. I won’t be coming as often here anymore, I’ll be in...
