I recently visited Village Inn and had an overall positive experience. The restaurant provided a pleasant atmosphere and a welcoming environment that made my visit enjoyable.
The staff at Village Inn were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my time there. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations when I was deciding what to order. Their customer service added to the positive ambiance of the establishment.
The food at Village Inn was flavorful and satisfying. The menu offered a variety of options to cater to different preferences, and the dishes I tried were well-prepared. The ingredients seemed fresh, and the presentation was appealing. The flavors were balanced, and the portion sizes were reasonable.
One aspect that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area, as well as the restrooms, were well-maintained and tidy, creating a pleasant environment for guests. This attention to cleanliness further enhanced the overall experience.
While my visit to Village Inn was enjoyable, there were a few areas that could be improved upon, which influenced my decision to give a 4-star rating. The wait time for the food was slightly longer than expected, which could be inconvenient for those with limited time. Additionally, the noise level in the restaurant was occasionally high, making conversation somewhat challenging.
Overall, Village Inn provided a positive dining experience. The friendly staff, delicious food, and clean environment contributed to an enjoyable visit. With some minor improvements, it has the potential to become an even more exceptional establishment. I would recommend giving Village Inn a try if you're in the area and looking for a satisfying...
Read moreDon’t expect to get served if you come around opening. My wife, 1yr old, 3 yr old, and I tried to go there this morning at 6:20 am. The posted sign on the door said they open at 6am. When we pulled up, no one was in the restaurant expect 1 worker, so my wife got out of the car to check to ensure they were open. When my wife went to check if the doors were open, the one person who was in the restaurant fled into the kitchen. The doors were open and the sign said open at 6am, so my wife and I got the kids out of the car and went into the restaurant. At this point no one was still in the dining room. We waited a bit and still were not greeted, so my wife(holding our 1 year old) walked to the opening of the kitchen to get someone’s attention. At this point we just wanted to know if they were open or not. If not, it’s fine we will go someplace else. We get it, it’s like 6am and we are the crazy people awake with young hungry kids. My wife made eye contact with who she assumes is the cook(a different person than who we saw in the restaurant when we pulled up). She asks if they are open, and no response at all. He just goes back to what he’s doing. My wife and I very loudly ask if they are open or not? Say hello several time while in there a few minutes. No response. We left and went to another place. I called later and spoke with Luz the manager on duty. She said she will handle the situation, and was apologetic. Not sure if this was a one off situation, but it felt like they were hiding, so we would just leave. Which is what ended...
Read moreAlways had an excellent experience at this location until today, we recieved our food right before, table whom got there about 20 min after us. So our good must have been sitting for a while my husband's eggs Benedict were cold. The first bite of my country star omlette I got a huge chunk of eggshell 🤮 server quickly took the food to be remade and I asked for menudo instead since I was totally turned off by the huge eggshell I had just crunched. Good came back husband's was ok . My mendoza was Lukewarm, manager came around to ask I advised her but told her I was just going to keep it. She offered a replacement so I obliged. Another manager came around w a new ticket and comped 1 of the meals for us (I think it should have been both if not the entire meal since my family had to waiti on me to eat my food for about 30 min if you count the time it took to get some edible . But oh well) manager did offer us free slices of pie on the way out. Honestly won't be returning to this location there was another table who Lso complained about cold food idk if it was the servers or the warmers or what but there was definitely an issue and not enough being done to resolve them appropriately considering we had to send back 3 plates of food. I might as well have just cooked at home than paying for Mediocre food. Server was nice not...
