Tortas Davi's — Restaurant in El Paso

This is the worst customer service ever received. According to this cashier she is the manager and the only one able to work the register, yet is not able to take an order. She could not take our order unless we initially told her how many order of fries we wanted and was not going to take it individually, this is absurd. She was very disrespectful which mirrored her tone and attitude. A second employee came along to take our order, resulting equally as rude and disrespectful. Zero customer service. I hope the owner sees this review and recording in his establishment. A spoke rudely to a third customer as well.. After the employees saw me taking this picture they closed the blinds. A coworker recommended this place for having "colita de pavo," but their menu didn't state it. I still ordered the turkey (it was smoked), but it had a lot of hard, dry (not crispy and fatty they way it should be), and chewy bits in it that made it almost inedible. Bread was good quality, and the veggies were fresh, but I did not like that they used miracle whip (sweet) instead of mayo (savory). Everything else on the menu I can make at home. If you cannot go to Juarez for some delicious Tortas or Burgers this is definitely the place to stop by and satisfy your craving!!!! Super delicious cooked fresh as soon as you place your order. I’ve tried both tortas and the burgers both are very satisfying. They will not disappoint. Also if you decide to give this place a try they do have aguas frescas and the banana one is a must try!!!
