Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in El Paso

I am a big fan of weinersnitzel and usually like to order from this location about once or twice a month. I can tell you that my last 2 experiences are enough to keep me from going back for a couple of months until they remodel the location or at least hire people that actually care about the food they're serving. After waiting in line for 20 minutes (which should be unacceptable) I was barely greeted by an employee who failed to restate my order to confirm items. May I also mention that this employee was so unwelcoming as if he had no work ethic towards costumer service. After they charged me, I noticed my whole order was wrong. I ordered 4 chili cheese dogs, a large fry, and 2 corn dogs. Instead I received 2 chili dogs, a large fry, my 2 corn dogs that I did order, and a chili cheese fry which I did not ask for but got charged regardless. I never got the 4 chili cheese dogs i requested. Something similar to this happened the other visit I had as well. This is why it is important to restate the order back to the costumer at the speaker AND at the window. I went in with a coupon for an $8 meal and ordered only 2 extra hot dogs with chili cheese which came out to a total of $18 even with the coupon. In the end, I'm always left contemplating about going back to this location to complain about my order but I ended up just deciding that would be my last visit there in a while since I feel the service could care less about the amount of costumers they get. This place needs to polish on it costumer service, it's hiring process, and it's sanitation. Until then, I guess all I can really say is that the food was not the bad. Sorry if my review might be a little lackluster and all over the place, that's the kind of mentality this poor hot dog...

At 7:30 p.m. today, I decided to try this Wienerschnitzel location due to it being super close to my home.

I waited at the window for 10 minutes before they come to take my payment and waited an additional 7 minutesbefore they handed my card back. Then I waited an additional 25 minutes for the food.

Once my order was complete and they brought it to me, they politely apologized for the long wait without any type of free cookie or something (as most restaurants do), not that I felt compelled to recieve restatution.

So once I departed the chaotic scene, I checked my order and found that I was missing an imperative main item for my child.

Needless to say, if I decide to eat Wienerschnitzel again, I will be driving all the way to the Yarbrough location for better quality food, friendlier staff, and extremely accurate...

If i can put zero stars I would!!. I never write reviews EVER, but my experience with the employees today was horrible. I went through the drive thru let them know what I wanted and they were laughing. First it was a lady then a man talking, they also had to ask me "what was that", so I repeated myself five times. The man then told me to wait , Still you could here the employees talking and laughing in the background not paying attention to what I said.
