Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in El Paso

This location is the worst. I usually do not give negative reviews based on an occasional negative personal experience but at this location each visit ties to a negative experience. I have been to several Chick fil a locations across different states and I have always loved the professionalism, promptness, care, and friendliness of the staff. However, at this location I cannot find the same positive experience even after several tries. To start with, in the the drive through it generally takes 30-45 min to get ones order. Next, the staff does not seem as motivated and friendly than at other locations. On top of the extended wait time, the last few weeks every order is wrong or missing something. Due to this location not offering curbside pick up anymore, although the sign in the stalls are still there, I have also picked up orders inside. Everything seems very unorganized and filthy. The sauce, ketchup, and straw trays are usually empty and lack care and cleanliness. Also, during in store pick up, I have often seen customers having received their food order and often wait about 10 min more for their drinks while their food is getting cold and stale. Each Chick-Fil-A is a different adventure all locations and service are unique in its own way and trust me I have eaten at a lot of locations throughout my life I have to admit I have enough reward points to eat free for a whole week twice a day so I told a lady next to me waiting for her order as she was puzzled about what I was talking about when the cashier couldn’t believe (almost passed out ) on how many reward points I had last time I glanced at her she was uploading the app and so should you asap as stated all locations are unique I’m glad this location is well organized to enter and leave at a decent time and without getting into a car accident thank you for having a enough room to park and not having to take a shuttle from 2 blocks away to get inside ( literally) thanks for having a great staff always smiling even when you perhaps don’t want to when being harassed by some individual with issues I always make an effort to drive to this location I only wish you were open on Sundays as I told my companion If I ever buy a franchise I would open on Sundays I’m thinking about starting a petition to alert Corporate “We want chicken on...

I visited this location on a Wednesday night around 9:30. I know that they close at ten and I fully expected them to already be closed but it was still fairly busy. I have always received exceptional service, and wonderful food. On this visit however the girl Brianna who took my order was incredibly rude. I wanted to make sure that she understood my order and she laughed and said "yea that's why I'm waiting for you to tell me your order!" I was really shocked so I just continued thinking OK maybe that was a fluke. I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets and she asked OK which one not even waiting for me to tell her. I spoke to the manager Javier who just said they would retrain the cashier. Most of his "apology" was in the form of what they will do to retrain her.
