Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

Lousy. Order kiosk didn't work right. The kid trying to help me seemed irritated with having to coach another old person with his technology. Personal note, I have never had a successful transaction at one of these. Dining area closed, with no note on the door. Order system allied me to check the Dine In box, so I took my paper bag of food and looked for a seat, all individually marked as not available. Did I mention no sign on the door? It would have been nice if I could have kept this offline and given the mgr a chance to respond, but with no receipt from the kiosk , I could not use the usually effective feedback survey. 80% of my food was good, but the chicken chipotle thing off the value menu is horrid. It's not that hot, but the sauce dominates the other flavors so that I was not able to identify the tortilla, chicken or cheese that were in it. Taco and burrito were up to par. I think they tried on those two. Maybe 1245 is just a bad time to come in this location. Worst experience yet at a Taco Bell. I went to order a chalupa combo i asked for beef instead of chicken they told me that’s fine they could do that. Then I go to the window to get my order I check it out in the parking lot to find no beef in my chalupas only chicken and they were open!! Not even folded with the wrap just opened and I also asked for sauce seeing that this team member put none in the bag he just responded with “oh yeah the bag has some” and my bag had nothing! All of my food was cold and the tortillas for the soft tacos weren’t even heated up! I ate nothing I had to throw out all of it! I will be contacting someone to talk to about this. When you need to turn off your vehicle to repeat a two item order { Consisting of 1.) Pintos n cheese extra cheese and red sauce, 2.) A dos locos taco with sour cream. Along with mild sauce packets.} 3 times!! Once you drive up to pay, The clerk took my payment, then presented my food with less than friendly demeanor. Pulled around to eat and first item of note, is the sauce turns out that mild sauce now in fiery red packets, and only one orange packet labeled mild whew that was close... Also not a single napkin. More often than not I can find at least one good thing to speak about, unfortunately the young man running the drive thru, did not even try...
