I came here the other day to get a bowl with orange chicken and rice. Halfway through my meal I came across a piece of uncooked chicken. I had to quickly take a picture and spit out my food as I was in utter disbelief of what I bit into. (I provided a picture) and did call the store to let them know. I spoke with manager lesly, she did nothing to alleviate the situation even after I said I was able to provide proof of the uncooked chicken she said all they would be able to do was remake the bowl. but no refund was offered. im not sure why anyone would want to replace it with another bowl and risk getting uncooked chicken again, I clearly wanted a refund after biting into basically raw chicken. Lesly was very disrespectful and honestly sounded like she didn’t even believe this happened. I will provide a picture here so other customers can beware especially of the chicken. This is a new location so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, all I wanted was a refund, but instead employees just made me feel like this didn’t happen even though I had a photo and even offered to show up to the store with the raw chicken itself to show them. The way they spoke to me made me not want to come back, at that point lesly said “I already offered you a replacement bowl, I’m not sure what else I can do” not even apologizing or assuring me that this would never happen again. I really hope this situation will be looked into because it is a serious issue, thankfully I didnt get sick since i caught it after the first bite and spit it out. This employees name is RUBEN. Multiple calls have been made to report this disgusting incident that occurred at this Montana location. When speaking to overweight manager LESLY, i was met with nothing but disrespectful comments and rude remarks. A call will be made to upper management since LESLY does not want to train her employees to be respectful. Also, the company has made absolutely no remarks or responses to my family members original review about the situation. Health services has been contacted, just because you are a new facility does not mean you can treat people however you’d like.
