BREADBAR — Restaurant in El Segundo

Had a family member do an online order with breadbar for a first birthday party celebration. Best experience ever! The staff carefully packed the large order and sent it with decorations, a gift, and even a card!!! We felt the love and cannot believe the thoughtfulness from Breadbar and the staff. The delivery was also great. Order came in less than two days and was extremely well packaged. The bread is very fresh. Thank you breadbar for the wonderful experience and products. After seeing the owner's post on FB, I stopped by in the morning. It was 8:15am and the front door was locked, nobody answered the call, I walked to the side and saw a cook talking on the phone. I checked the business hours again and asked the cooking he worked for the place. He reluctantly said yes but said the opening time as 9am.... I've called a few times and the person who answered my call was very rude and I've given chances and no respect was shown. There has been times where I have been outside of the business and see men with long hair and facial hair and it's seems that they use their hands to make the bread because they're hands are full of dough . When I managed to taste the bread i found hair and it seemed like it was dropped on the floor . Definitely do not recommend this place to buy bread, but I do suggest health department...
