I used to look forward to this place every day - the coffee is amazing, the baristas are next level and so nice and welcoming.. BUT, recently my life was shattered after learning they removed their famous turkey sandwich. It was the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life, I used to have dreams about this turkey sandwich. When I was having a hard day - I would walk over and get the turkey sandwich (subbing the Swiss for the fresh mozzarella) and it would turn my frown upside down. Smokey Hollow is convenient, quick and has an ambiance that is super chill and welcoming. The cafe is located in a building that’s walking distance from everything so no matter where I order from, my food will be hot and ready. If the food is not ready, there is a courtyard there where you can play ping pong, corn hole, or miniature golf while waiting. Plus the staff Johnny and Kush need a shoutout as they are pleasant and make amazing coffee drinks. Tried this place a few times as had to be in the building for a week. The croissants were hard and it was impossible to sit in there and drink coffee with head-banging music at 9:00 am cranked up super loud. The women that work here are clueless as to customer service and act like they’re doing you a favor getting what you order.
