I have been to other locations and all have blended in the background and kind of become a blur for memory. When coming to this location, I was not expecting to remember this place either, but it really changed my views and the entire visit was incredible.
From the start, the moment I entered I was greeted the very first second I stepped inside. I didn't even know where it came from but as I started walking towards the menus and the register, I noticed that there was a very cheerful, very happy employee there. She greets me again and that's when I realized that was the same voice I heard when I entered. A very attentive employee by the name Lauren if memory serves.
I asked for something she would recommend and she was very informative when it came to it. She knew what she was talking about first hand, so I went with her recommendation and I asked for it to be the exact same way she gets it.
During my interaction, a gentleman arrived for a delivery order for either Dash or Uber Eats. She made sure I finished with my sentence, told me to excuse her momentarily, helped the pickup within 10 seconds MAX and came right back and apologized. That was impressive and absolutely did not need an apology for just doing your job, but just the mannerisms I encountered were something I wasn't expecting to here anymore with how times have changed, and not for the better.
I get ready to receive my order, give it a few bites, and realize that it was a very good recommendation. I wish I could remember exactly what I had so I can ask for it again next time I go. Hopefully that employee (Lauren) is there again so I may ask for the same meal.
Even though my main interaction was with someone who was handling the register, you just wouldn't expect to have anything more than a bare minimum interaction. Somehow, this person went above the standard, basic, "Hi, what can I get you, enjoy" that i hear be copied and pasted everywhere i go, but instead made me remember this location and want to come back to it again. Such a uniqueness that highlighted this visit.

I am writing to express my with the experience I had at this location today. I arrived at approximately 5:22 p.m. and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, lightly warmed. Despite being the second person in line, I waited for 15 minutes without receiving my bagel. During this time, I observed several drive-through and large-order customers being served while my simple request remained unfulfilled.
I suggest reassessing the counter setup to ensure bagels are readily available to counter staff. Additionally, I recommend prioritizing in-store customers to avoid lengthy wait times for simple orders.
While I appreciate the friendly staff and clean environment, the inefficient service left me feeling overlooked and ultimately led me to leave without my bagel. I didnt request a refund.

Read moreFirstly, it's Panera Bread. You already know what expect. Ive been here several times now, as I live and work nearby. Ive yet to experience locked doors after business hours have begun, and poor service. I will say the food is great, and every si gle server Ive encountered was kind, polite, and focused. Although there is a Panera Bread closer to home, I will continue visiting this one.

[EDIT: 11/25/2023] Updated my review because of the (pardon my expression) the piss-poor attitude this short Latino man gave me when he had to unlock the door for the morning. If this "man" wants to direct the anger of his life-events at the restaurants customers, this particular Panera Bread won't last long.
