I had serval meeting is Los Angeles County and a few in Orange County California. My assistant had found me a few transportation service providers doing her research on Google and Yelp. After I had called all of them, I chose to make my reservations with L.A. V.I.P. Car Service. They come as advertised. Indeed they are L.A.'s #1 Black Car Service. I was tired of requesting rides with Uber to have the driver not show up, or cancel last minute and me having to stress over making sure I get a driver to show up on time. So I made a reservation with this company a day before and they guaranteed me on time service. The driver showed up in a nice, luxury, and very clean car. He opened the door for me, he offered available refreshment and condiments, he asked me if I had a preferred rout I wanted him to take, overall, he was very professional, patient, and courteous. My reservation was for 8 hours going to different places in Los Angeles on one day and the next day I spend a good 7 hours in Orange County. I was able to get some work done while we were on the road, and review my meeting material one more time before getting to the meetings. This made the day stress free, and very pleasant. The driver knew his way around the city, so every time we had a road block or hit the unbearable LA traffic, he knew how to get us out it and be back on clear road in no time. Hands down the best service I experienced with any of the previous private chauffeured driver for hire car service companies I had used in the past. Not to forget, Todd, the guy with whom I spoke on the phone and who helped me with the reservations, he was very courteous and professional himself. Everything he promised me, he delivered. Next time, when I need a driver for hire, I will most definitely use L.A. V.I.P. Car Service. Tad told me they also do point to point pickup/drop-off services, night out in town, going to concerts, restaurants, private events, corporate events, sightseeing, tours, wineries, proms, weddings, airport & seaport transportations, and so much more. If you need to hire a driver for any reason, just give them a call, if you are lucky and you get Todd on the phone, you'd be giving you a peace of mind and suggest you the best solution for your need and explain to you exactly how everything will work out. I recommend this guys 100% over anyone else in Los Angeles. I have used many companies in the past, but nothing comes even close to these guys let alone be comparable. We took a LA VIP car service from the San Pedro cruise port to LAX on 27 Feb 22. This review is basically a two-part review. First, the actual service provided. Chad was our driver. He arrived a little early which was good because we got off the ship a little sooner than expected. Chad called and texted to establish contact. He was driving a Chevy Suburban. It was clean and comfortable. Chad was very polite and friendly for the trip. It was a very enjoyable trip. I would rate the actual service as five stars. Secondly, the using the web site to schedule the pickup. On the web site you are quoted a price for the trip and presented with a “purchase” icon to click. After the web page refreshes the amount charged is higher than the amount originally quoted. There were two items added: California state tax, $13.12, and a “Surcharge”, $13.81. I sent an email asking about the surcharge. It’s for “cleaning, toll fee, gas, etc”. While this might not be a lot of money, for me it is deceptive to quote a price for a service and then add additional charges without giving the customer a chance to see those charges. And in this case additional charges for “cleaning, toll fee (there were no tolls on our route that I saw), and gas, all items that I believe should have been included in the original quote once the route was established. We used this car service for the BTS concert at the SoFi Stadium. From asking for a quotation to making the reservation, to revising that confirmation, until the day of service itself, everything was handled very smoothly! Lupe from dispatch did such a great job assisting me all throughout! Thank you so much! It was so smooth I had to keep double-checking because I couldn't believe it, I kept thinking "That's it? We're good?" On the day of, Chad the designated driver arrived earlier than the appointed pick-up, and made sure that we had a clear picture of what to expect after the event, especially with the crowd and traffic.
