I had a Bad experience. Made a return on the purchase with a cost of $110.00. I after the exchange there was $28.00 balance which I was told is to be in store credit only for 90 days. After 90 days I would loss the credit! The so called manager told me that is only $28.00 and told me it should be no big deal to me to loss the credit! I then explained that $28.00 was a big deal to me and after I explaining to him what Customer Service is to this manager. After 10 minutes the balance was given to me in cash. Be cautious about where you shop. The business and customer service practiced at Save & Tell is very poor and less than satisfactory. They care more about the money they make and their bottom line and care less about customer service! I would strongly urge everyone not to shop here for any household goods the quality is so so and their return policy is unsatisfactory.
