Subway — Restaurant in Elgin

I have been buying 2 footlong subs from subway every friday for about ten years and i was already buying some stuff from walmart so i figured i might as well just get my subs from there. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD AT A SUBWAY. my dad always gets a spicy italian with everything and extra extra jalapenos. the guy put about 10 slices of jalapeno so i reminded him that i wanted extra of those. he then added about 5 slices more. so i asked if he could just put a handful. he looked up at me and said that im asking for too much and i cant have extra extra jalapenos. i couldnt believe he told me that. i wanted to say well then im sorry but i wont be buying these subs and just left but i bit my tongue and just told him that ive been getting the same two subs every week for 10 years and he was the only person that has ever said that and that i wont ever be buying my subs from his...

I agree with the poster who said they were stingy. Ordered a popcorn, and he literally was holding the box so that it wouldn’t expand and partially scooped popcorn in the box. The food here is old, and left out too long. You'll be lucky if you don't get sick. It doesn't appear to be managed well, so they don't follow their corporate safety, or state health guidelines about food temperature, or how long it should be out. You can taste it in the meet.
