TERRIBLE customer service. I’m so mad. They should be glad I didn’t say anything. I get there and greet the lady at the cashier. I ask her two simple things. If there’s any wifi and for a orange juice. The only reason I went there is because I needed some wifi for my computer. 10 mins at most. She said yes and obviously I was gonna buy something bc I was not about to just get the free wifi and leave. I buy an $8 orange juice, and ask her for the password and she gives me a wrong one. I try it doesn’t work. I go back to a cashier there’s a younger lady with black hair now & she had a NASTY ATTITUDE towards me for NO apparent reason. I felt profiled. Because I hadn’t even walk up to her when she was already mean mugging. I try to ignore that an tell her that the password they gave me wasn’t working, she gives me a new one and tells me I have to write another after that. I’m listening but I do look confused because I didn’t understand what she meant when she said that I had to put 2 passwords. So she look at me and goes “ Are u even listening🙄? I try to put the passwords and they were Wrong again. I ended up doing exactly what she said and they were still wrong. Made me feel like she did it on purpose but yet told me I could have lt if I bought something. I was too shy to ask anybody again. The older lady came up to me and asked me If I got it and I told her no and showed her I was writing everything exactly like they said and still getting it wrong. She just told me that’s what they’re boss said and left. It’s so sad that I could see how they pick and choose what customers treat with decency and what customers they don’t. The attitude was different compared to the way I was greeted. I’m not the type to complain and cause any drama, so I left. I’ll never go back there again....

Cake before last they did it wrong on top of the fact is wasn’t ready by the time it was designated for pick up so I was in a rush and took it as is, they charged me less because of the inconvenience which was fair because I had extra things they didn’t add so I shouldn’t have paid regardless so it really wasn’t a favor. This most recent cake was fine exteriorly I hope it’s fine inside I haven’t tried it, I ordered it a day in advance expecting to make my transaction in store fast because they always take so long taking orders and making them on spot for people who come and wait. Little did I know coming in I would be put into the # que system. Which was never honored the other times I’ve been there. Which is why today I didn’t take a number, they told me I needed to take a number after everyone BEHIND me had gotten theirs when I asked if I had to wait the line since I already ordered ahead and paid over the phone. Now I’m 4 people behind even though my actual person is in front of them! And guess what, they honored their numbers system and let everyone cut in line knowing I was there first and had to pick up not create a new order. They were indifferent about it and let it happen. That’s to me is disrespectful to my time and money. I’ll order from Kenilworth and take the drive to avoid having issues again or find a new bakery all together. I was considering ordering my wedding cake from here but I don’t think any of these people are happy to even be there. I’ll pass on a messed up wedding cake. Two issues is a lesson...
Read moreHorrible experience for second time I gave a second chance to this bakery but I encounter the same problem there is a lady she seems to be probably Cuban, she is a savage she has absolutely no idea on customer service and keep the clientele for the business she is super rude and abusive on her interactions with customers the first time she didn’t know the name of the flavor of the cake I was ordering being that there is different ways to call caramel in Spanish instead of asking her coworkers or even better educate herself about the different names people use to call the same thing she decided to act rude and start and argument with me and the second time she insisted that she was going to charge me for a bunch of cookies she kept saying my son broke I was planing on ordering about $400.00 for Christmas treats but this one chose to argue over this cookies that are worth nothing for the business instead of keeping a customer . She is definitely far from being a good element in this business instead she makes the customers run away !!! People think this is a good business but it takes more than good products to make a good business if they lack of customer service no Matter if the product is good I don’t care people buy from who they like and I don’t like a person like this...
