DO NOT GO HERE!!

The manager here was the absolute WORST. Zero regard for health code policy.

After spending 20 minutes in the drive thru, I asked for ketchup for my hash browns and the person hands me a little bag w ketchup in it. I assumed there were a few packets and went on my way. As soon as I pull out of the lot, i go to grab a packet and felt ketchup on my hand. When I looked inside I find 3 OPENED ketchup packets and a hasbrown (see photo). I was absolutely DISGUSTED. I made the u-turn and went inside to bring this to the attention of the manager. Turns out, it was the manager who handed me the opened ketchup packets.

He tossed the garbage he handed me in the trash, as if to sweep this incident under the rug, and looked at me and said, "I didn't open the ketchup packets. I am human and make mistakes". He made ZERO attempt to apologize.

I am appalled that he acted so aloof/indifferent and had no concept of this health code violation. When I tell you he did not care, he did mot care. If he acts this way during Covid, then how did they follow proper health code during normal times???

I will never come here...

The girl in this location assaulted my family member over adding more caramel into the drink. She came in got the drink and came back to request for more caramel into the drink she said I will pay extra or give it to me on the side. The lady that worked over there said “No! Get it from your mom” and my family member got angry and started arguing back. She got up from the counter and start violently hitting her and bashing her to the point of her not even being able to speak. There was another worker there and he was barely able to help her. This place deserves to be shut down. She deserves to be fired but when we called the cops not one did the manager or owner apologize for her behavior. They started laughing and saying horrible things back to. The girls mother started recording videos of me and when I started taking videos back they started to come back at me. The cops were also no help saying if a person is unconscious that is the only way the person could be arrested. Please report this place and make sure to never...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The manager recycle the CUPS😡 THERES MOLD EVERYWHERE! If the manager drop your food he picking it up and giving it to you! Of course they don’t answer the phone because he cut the line! Because he says customer gets on his nerves! Never leave your debit card because he likes to steal your identity! If you go to his office which is lock! You’ll see The collection of people’s ID along with their credit card or debit card! He also recycle coffee and ice coffee if your Order is wrong he put the coffee in the fridge and then heat it up in the microwave and give it to the next customer or if you order a iced coffee he remove the ice and put it in the fridge and give it to the next customer.
