I think today marks my official opinion of this place.

According to the app, I have been here six times and 5 out of 6 of them there has been a delay in getting my order. The third time it happened I was told it would be 30 minutes so I went next door to get some items at Safeway. Ten minutes later I was called to come get it and it was cold.

Next time I ordered, it was actually on time and I thought - great! I opened the order and the toppings were on one side. This one I got the "free" cookie with the app points which I noted it actually only discounted 7.99 of the 8.99.

For the super bowl, they were struggling with the wing orders. By struggling, I mean the lobby was filled with unhappy pick ups, one talking about how they ordered a week in advanced. So I said to refund mine as we didn't really need them and the pizzas were ready. Never got the refund

Today, I gave two hours on my pick up order and was once again greeted with "oh we messed up your order, it will be 10 minutes" I had little expectation that there would be resolve since I never got the wing refund so I waited. After 10 minutes, I was offered a soda.

It's a shame because the food is pretty good but I don't want to sit in their little lobby or...

I’m modifying my original review because the owner, Josh, reached out to me the same night as our first visit and wanted to express how our experience tonight wasn’t a reflection of their standards, and I actually appreciate a business owner taking that level of pride and accountability. That makes me trust a business. I’d like to make a more accurate assessment based on our next visit, and I am hopeful and confident that we will see a more exemplary product.

The steak wedgie sandwich was really good, as was the BLT but it was strange that the bacon was Canadian bacon, was not expecting that. Cinnamon sticks were a little dry and mostly just tasted like sugar, perhaps they’re too dense and we expected more fluff. Person working the front seemed flustered which is reasonable for a busy Friday night, but this was our first visit and we were barely acknowledged and did not get the chips and drink for the combo or the dipping sauce for the Mac and cheese bites. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fox's Pizza Den, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a wonderful meal.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of pizzas, sandwiches and wings! I opted for the classic pepperoni, and it was cooked to perfection—crispy crust, generous cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. Each bite was bursting with flavor!

The staff at Fox's Pizza Den were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. They made great recommendations and were genuinely enthusiastic about the menu.

I also appreciated the cleanliness of the establishment, which added to the overall positive experience. Whether you're dining in or grabbing a slice to go, Fox's Pizza Den is definitely worth a visit.
